Well, if you're looking for a transit stay, a night, or are not fussy and into old-school interiors, then this would be the best for you to accommodate your day and night. Easy access to every corner of the city, and of course, within walking distance to the jetty for island hopping and malls! Remember, don't expect too much!

My normal go-to spot in KK while traveling there for work. The location is nice, just right across from the Suria Sabah mall. Rooms are slightly dated with decoration and facilities - they can use some upgrading. The shower and towels could also use some nice updates. Overall, if all you need is a place to bunk and accessible to basic amenities, you can consider this spot.

The hotel’s location is strategic, but the designated parking for hotel guests is quite limited.

So far it's ok. Helpful staff. Location is good, across Suria Sabah Mall. Cleanliness maybe average. Need to add more menu in Breakfast

Honestly, my stay wasn’t great. The AC in my room didn’t work properly, and it was really hot and stuffy. I called the staff to fix it — they came to check, but nothing was actually fixed. The room stayed warm the whole time, which made it hard to sleep. Kind of disappointing, I expected better service.

Can't say much because I booked it for my parents, but they did say that they were satisfied with their stay as the hotel is very near to eateries and Suria Sabah Mall.

Staff were super friendly and the location is great. Hotel’s a bit old though, soundproofing isn’t great, and the towels had a weird smell.
