The hotel’s location is strategic, but the designated parking for hotel guests is quite limited.

So far it's ok. Helpful staff. Location is good, across Suria Sabah Mall. Cleanliness maybe average. Need to add more menu in Breakfast

Honestly, my stay wasn’t great. The AC in my room didn’t work properly, and it was really hot and stuffy. I called the staff to fix it — they came to check, but nothing was actually fixed. The room stayed warm the whole time, which made it hard to sleep. Kind of disappointing, I expected better service.

Can't say much because I booked it for my parents, but they did say that they were satisfied with their stay as the hotel is very near to eateries and Suria Sabah Mall.

Staff were super friendly and the location is great. Hotel’s a bit old though, soundproofing isn’t great, and the towels had a weird smell.

The room is okay, very spacious, a small prayer room. Complete with all the necessary things. The air conditioner is cold. The location is okay, you can walk to Surya Sabah. Parking is difficult. I have stayed at this hotel twice..
