Staying here back and forth, don't want to change to another hotel.

Check-in and check-out process was fast. The room is spacious. We have a water dispenser in the room, which is nice. The hotel is in the center, really easy to access.

All good. The room was clean. The receptionist was also very helpful. The location is quite good, not too far from Orchard Road.

Its location is quite near the city center… makes it easy to walk down the road.

The Breakfast staff seems overworked and I did not have a good experience with them. I would not want to return to this hotel again.

The hotel is very comfortable, in the Orchard Mall and Concord Mall area, very easy to access, 30 minutes from the airport, clean and has beautiful views of the buildings, the receptionist can answer all our questions and needs.

Accommodation in the city center, convenient for travel

The location is close to Somerset MRT, the room is cleaned every day, there is a drinking water dispenser, it can provide hot and cold water, no need to buy mineral water anymore. For children, an extra charge of S$75 per day is a bit surprising because in the explanation about the hotel there is a writing "free extra charge for children"

next to the bed there is a bedside lamp with a time indicator, but in the middle of the night the alarm sounds repeatedly until 3 am and I don't know how to turn off the alarm. I don't sleep well, it's very disturbing, even though I have an exam tomorrow morning. It's really annoying.

My room AC is not functioning well. I feel warm, but I still can tolerate it.

Finally hitting singapore again after all these years and decided to stay at this hotel near Orchard road. Love the neighborhood, cause there's so many malls, shops, and MRT station as well. The room and service were really nice and comfort, and even their have a friendly staff at the corridor near my room. The toilet also clean and unfortunatelly they didn't have a bidet toilet.

This hotel is a bit hidden in Cavanagh Street. It's still in Orchard area, around 900m from Paragon Mall, and the nearest MRT station is Somerset. My stay is okay, the hotel is clean, and everything is good, but it would be great if the hotel could provide cold water in their dispenser, and also a toilet with a bidet.

Near Plaza Singapura. Clean room. Friendly staff.
