Good stay but hotel needs renovation.

I want to repeat again…. So cozy… just a small space at bedroom… but everything is the best at this hotel… after this I want to repeat my stay at this hotel and request a city view

Cheap and very near to tourist spots! Minus would be the building was way too old but it was nice though.

The room is just spacious enough to stay, but not for moving around.

The hotel staff was very friendly. They were willing to help me when I didn't have a card or app for cashless payments. Close to shopping centers. Highly recommended for a return stay.

The hotel staff was very helpful in extending my check-out until the afternoon because my flight was delayed by the airline until the evening. The hotel location is good, there are lots of food around, and it's within walking distance to 1st Avenue Mall. The hotel is new, the facilities are still fresh and clean 👍 Highly recommended. Even though it's located in the city center, it's not difficult to get to hospitals in Penang. Grab is easy and cheap, only around RM 7 😊

Highly recommended for family to stay. Very spacious fitted for 5 people. Cozy and warm room. We love it so much. We will come back to stay here next time. Near to the tourist spot too.

Everything was fine, but the room was too small. The table was poorly decorated, making it difficult to move around.
