Although the hotel is old, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The air is cool even without air conditioning. Wi-Fi, telephone, and cable TV are available, but the TV didn't work properly. What we loved most was the breakfast, which was very enjoyable. The menu was very varied, suitable for families from children to adults, and the taste was delicious. The main menu varies from day to day. The environment outside the hotel is very cool, beautiful, clean, and comfortable, especially for joggers, as the area is very spacious. The hotel is perfect for those seeking tranquility. The outside of the hotel has a big space and nice ambiance, and we love the nature. The only bad experience is the cleanliness of the room itself. Our first room had 2 lizards inside roaming around everywhere. Also the bed, pillows, comforters/blankets… as in everything has stains. We had to request to change to another room due to the lack of cleanliness, thinking the second room would improve because we didn’t see any lizard(s). But the bed itself, same issue. Everything has stains, so disappointing. My husband and I felt itchy because of it; we had to wear full-length pants and long-sleeved shirts just to not feel the itchiness on what we were sleeping on. We did not sleep well at all and rushed out to check out early in the morning. Even though we requested breakfast with our booking, we did not even want to eat breakfast due to the lack of sleep and annoyance of how we slept. Never coming back again to this hotel. This is and will be our first and last time to book at this hotel.

Super comfy hotel in Lembang. Will come back for sure since the room location structured like villa (it is nicer to come with big group so you can rent the large villa building)…so we got the privacy and the hotel area is huge with big pool and nice restaurant. Staff is friendly, the intern staff obviously need a lot of training. But location and comfort are good. The room is old, so you will look at old furniture, lamp that does not work, and old shower curtain. But it is still manageable. In the morning, you can enjoy a nice morning walk to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a freelance pony rider for children as well.

Breakfast was quite complete and tasty. Cons: 1. The television in the room didn't work; it was on but no channels could be viewed. 2. You had to pay Rp 10,000 per bottle for additional drinking water. 3. There were wasps in several areas of the garden, which was very dangerous for guests.

My first experience at this hotel, oh my God, from the moment I arrived I was greeted very friendly, from check-in to being escorted by a gentleman who took me to my room. As soon as I entered, I saw the room was well maintained for a hotel that is quite old, from 92 if I'm not mistaken. No need to use the AC, it was very cold, the water heater was non-stop. The breakfast was quite complete, there was a children's play area, a spa, a large and clean swimming pool, and there was also an area for a jogging track. The yard is very spacious, in front of the hotel there is a coffee shop and the prices are also very friendly. The best, someday I will come to Putri Gunung Hotel again.

It seems like an older hotel, but it's still clean and well-maintained. The environment is comfortable, with lots of greenery. The buffet is delicious and has a wide selection. By the way, if you're in Lembang, I recommend staying here.
