This was our first family trip vocation on Lembang. Chose this hotel because near tourist attraction and many restaurants. The hotel was clean, very cold because the weather on Lembang, you can get fresh air here and morning mist. But unfortunately the hot shower didn't works. Me, husband, and the babies couldn't took a shower. Breakfast has various menu but the taste just so so. There's mini playground indoor, so your kids will be happy. The pool large and has warm water, but it seems bit dirty.

Highly recommended hotel, comfortable for family holidays with a beautiful and serene atmosphere, and the application provides the very best prices from the original. Excellent. Another one at the Putri Gunung Hotel. Food for breakfast, very good taste.

The hotel is spacious. So it's suitable for a staycation. The breakfast is decent, the rooms are clean, the area is also clean, the service is good, the staff is friendly, there is a warm water pool so children are free to swim without being cold, suggestions for facilities if you can increase them such as fitness, feeding animals and others, so if you have a staycation all day many activities. Success always PGH.

Negative side: The outer building (lobby) is a bit poorly maintained, there are no collection of pets, the check-in waiting time is not appropriate even though the time has come, the TV picture is not clear. The positive side: Rooms are clean, wifi is quite smooth, the hotel area is very spacious, breakfast is quite available, bathroom hot water is ok, compliments are ok, rooms are spacious for similar types, friendly staff, large parking area

I really enjoyed staying here, because the rooms at the very front and the lowest floor make it safe to bring children and parents. As for the facilities, really, wow, it's really nice to take the kids here, anyway, if you go to Lembang again, you'll definitely stay here. Only for food, maybe more variety of side dishes.

It's really cool staycation here. There is a very large swimming pool, a pool of warm water to cool off in while swimming, there is a rabbit hutch, the view is really nice, fresh and cool, there is a playground for children. On the other side there is a cool cafe. Ga bored staying here. This is suitable for families. There are also horses to go around even though you have to pay. We will definitely come here again. The time coincided with the company's stay so it was crowded. The room is a bit dirty, maybe it hasn't been occupied for a long time, the hairdryer is off, the lights are off. Ordered 3 rooms but separated by different types. Because the area is very large so many places are not maintained.

The hotel is old in need of rejuvenation. The TV doesn't turn on from sunset until check out, which is noisy at night because other visitors are karaoke outside, the grass playground is really high, you can't play, the pool area is also not maintained. There is also only 1 deer. Breakfast is okay, lots of choices, swimming pool is okay. I'm a bit sorry for spending a hefty fee for hotel facilities like that
