Some reception staff are friendly and always smile, while others rarely do. There are few waiting chairs in the lobby, so when it's busy, you might have to sit on the stairs or stand for a long time. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. There's a good selection of food at breakfast, but the atmosphere can be a bit uncomfortable when it's busy.
