It suits me, and since before the COVID-19 pandemic, I've always stayed at Arwana. To this day, every time I visit Jakarta, I always stay at Arwana.

Nice view and cheap... Easy to find food.

The location is very strategic, close to the train station and culinary spots. The staff are very helpful.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is quite clean, and the location is strategic, close to restaurants and convenience stores. There's wide road access and parking.

Initially I was on the 7th floor but when I entered the bed sheet was full of holes, maybe cigarette butts and there were stains and it was covered with chalk, it was clearly visible because the bed was near the window. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo because I immediately contacted the reception to move rooms and was moved to the 9th floor. When I wanted to go to the 9th floor, the elevator was stacked on the 3rd floor and the other one wasn't working. I contacted the reception and was accompanied by security and was advised to use the employee elevator, but it was a shame that the security didn't take me to the 9th floor, but on the 3rd floor he left me in the elevator without saying anything to me. Isn't it a hospitality thing for the security to take me to the 9th floor? In my opinion, the lobby area is dark even during the day, otherwise it's okay.. btw why aren't sarongs provided in the hotel but only prayer mats..

I didn't regret it even though I tried it at first, highly recommended.

This is great, especially with the view overlooking the station. You can stare at the trains for a long time. Plus, the pillows smell nice and the room is clean. Highly recommended for a comfortable, budget hotel.

Affordable price, cold air conditioning, but the cleanliness of the room. When you first enter the hotel room, there are cigarette butts. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, otherwise it's ok.

The reception staff are lovely, everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is good, and the rooms are clean.

Comfortable hotel, every 6 days definitely here. Large room and close to the city center, lots of food, big mango area.. Friendly staff, rooms are cleaned and changed every day.. Recommended

Best destination hotel, always stay here for work trips, but the Wi-Fi needs attention.
