The place is very comfortable for families. One night doesn't feel like enough 😍

The staff is very friendly :), the breakfast is plentiful, the place is nice, the pool is nice. It's just a shame that the other pool is under repair and can't be used.

Plus points: 1. Friendly staff. 2. Cleanliness of the rooms and hotel area. 3. Good food quality, not too many breakfast options but tasty. 4. Plenty of activities for children. Minuses: 1. The adult pool is clearly in a VERY UNSUITABLE and UNSAFE condition. The pool floor is cracked and sharp, making it very dangerous. It needs to be RENOVATED IMMEDIATELY!!! 2. There is no option for a dimly lit pool with warm water, so the children get cold. 3. The bathroom drain is stagnant, as seen in the photo.

The hotel is very kids friendly.. all the staff are also friendly and fast.. the rooms are clean and spacious, the wifi is fast.. Overall everything is okay 👍🏻👍🏻

Ok, the hotel food is delicious, always a favorite.

Vacation with family, lots of children's activities and very complete. Food is also very much choice, and the reception of guests is very good service.

Booked this hotel for a birthday trip, my expectation was normal when booking. On the day I wanted to check in, boom! I didn't expect the hotel to be this good, starting from the entrance gate to the lobby, it was really cool. Basically, during my stay there, I didn't feel like I was in Bogor. It was like I was abroad😍

There aren't many activities for young children, but the indoor playground is big so kids won't get bored. Unfortunately the pool is under renovation, so kids can't swim.

Even though I ordered birthday decorations on D-1, it turned out that there was a free slice of cake and free mirror decoration too 😍😍 but unfortunately for pasta lovers, there was no pasta for breakfast, but overall all the food was delicious, especially the fried rice 😍😍

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful.

This is my third time checking in at Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis. Always a great option for brief family getaway and staycation due to its location, which is easily accessible from Jakarta (no need to get stuck in Puncak traffic), and family-friendly facilities. Aside from the facilities, we all also love the peaceful, green surroundings especially the mountain views from the hotel.

Nice stay. Kids happy. Nice ambience. Surely will comeback again.
