2nd time staying here! Now the hotel is more accessible with the new Exit Tol Bogor Selatan, only around 5-10 mins from there! It was my mom's birthday, and we got a complimentary cake. Thanks to the staff at front desk! The request was supposed to be made at least 3 days prior, but he helped us in getting the cake. Overall very nice and helpful service. The breakfast is nice. Tips: watch the sunset by the pool, and sunrise from the balcony of your mountain view room!

Our family spent 3 days and 2 nights in Royal Tulip and this is by far the best staycation experience we've ever had. All the staffs are very sincere and considerate, from the moment we stepped into the lobby and up until checking out, we truly feel welcomed. Hotel facilities are top-notch, from the zen deck, gym, pool, kids area, and spa are well maintained and most of the time always under security surveillance (they have a lot of security staff) so we felt really secure. The only con is that the room is not quite soundproof. We can still hear noises from the alley and the sound of doors slamming from guests' rooms or staff's area. But other than that, the room temp is nicely cold, the bathroom was squeaky clean, the bed sheets were super clean and the wifi is crazy fast (I think it also depends on the traffic, we came on a weekday so not many guests are present). One thing to note, we need to deposit IDR 500k/night so we need to spend around 1 Mio temporarily through cc. It'd be nice if this can be informed before we arrive at the hotel. TLDR; It was a very pleasant experience, a great relaxing getaway from the city hassle, we will definitely come back to stay at Royal Tulip Hotel.

Love it! My kids love it so much, the facilities are awesome, they prepare lots of activities for kids, kid pool with slide, mini outbound, free-flying fox, kids club, also activities in the restaurant, example: making dalgona cookies. They really maintain the hotel well, security officers go around the hotel to make sure things are safe and proper. It's free of traffic jams if you travel from Jakarta. Gonna be one of my favourite short getaways.

Although the location isn't that ideal, but they offer many activities. My son is happy with the kids club and kids activities. The food is great, I happen to order their mi goreng and it was good! The staffs are polite and really cater to our needs. The room is spacious and clean, good for families. We get to see the view from their Zen Deck, it was nice and not a lot of people was there so we get to enjoy it fully.

. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I was aiming for relaxation so I spend my two nights at the hotel and I am OK with the fact that there was few dining options outside the hotel. The facilities are good. The breakfast is OK. Ps: must try firegrill

1. Friendly staff.
2. Cleanliness of the rooms and hotel area.
3. Good food quality, not too many breakfast options but tasty.
4. Plenty of activities for children.
Minuses:
1. The adult pool is clearly in a VERY UNSUITABLE and UNSAFE condition. The pool floor is cracked and sharp, making it very dangerous. It needs to be RENOVATED IMMEDIATELY!!!
2. There is no option for a dimly lit pool with warm water, so the children get cold.
3. The bathroom drain is stagnant, as seen in the photo.

Booked this hotel for a birthday trip, my expectation was normal when booking. On the day I wanted to check in, boom! I didn't expect the hotel to be this good, starting from the entrance gate to the lobby, it was really cool. Basically, during my stay there, I didn't feel like I was in Bogor. It was like I was abroad😍

Even though I ordered birthday decorations on D-1, it turned out that there was a free slice of cake and free mirror decoration too 😍😍 but unfortunately for pasta lovers, there was no pasta for breakfast, but overall all the food was delicious, especially the fried rice 😍😍

This is my third time checking in at Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis. Always a great option for brief family getaway and staycation due to its location, which is easily accessible from Jakarta (no need to get stuck in Puncak traffic), and family-friendly facilities. Aside from the facilities, we all also love the peaceful, green surroundings especially the mountain views from the hotel.
