I really loved having an experience here. The ambiance is so peaceful, very clean, and very comfortable, especially for a family vacation or short trip. The foods are tasty, and the view from the rooftop restaurant is beyond beautiful 👍😊

For price to value, this hotel is very worth it, especially for families (there are rooms that can accommodate 4 people), new and modern building, view of the Gede Pangrango Salak mountains (we got a room on the 4th floor in the Salak building, the view is very good) complete facilities (swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court, table tennis, billiards), breakfast because there were not many guests so we were given an ala carte menu of special fried rice, coco crunch, fruit, drinks (the taste was okay), the staff was friendly, it seems there is still construction of other facilities, it seems like a mini zoo, the only drawback is the tea and coffee facilities, there were no slippers in the room, there was no mat in the bathroom either (but we asked for a mat, then it was brought, suggestion, it would be better if these facilities were provided, it could make the Grand 3G Resort more perfect 😊), for drinks, bottled mineral water is provided in the room and a dispenser outside the room, thank you 3G Resort, always success 👍

10/10 very satisfying, initial intention was to only stay 1 day then move to another hotel. But in reality, we added 1 more day, and we chose to stay at this hotel. And mashaAllah, the employees and staff are all very smiling. Starting from the security guard at the entrance (gate) who was very friendly🥹 this is really the first time I've been amazed by a hotel where all the employees are really nice, no matter what the customers are. All customers who come here are always smiled at and greeted in a friendly way 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
