The receptionist was not on standby, and the kitchen area when I saw it from outside, it was a bit dirty.

The food is delicious and varied, the room is spacious and the air conditioning is cool. However, there are very few power outlets, none next to the bed, so charging is difficult. The sink also takes a while to drain. I called a technician, but the problem persists. But so far, so good.

Arriving at the hotel around midnight, my intention to end my vacation happily was a complete disaster. 6 bad points for Grantage: 1. The staff was VERY UNFRIENDLY 2. I was given the worst room 603. 3. While I was washing myself, black water came out! Disgusting. 4. The AC only blew air, which was really uncomfortable and hot. 5. The shower was rusty, so it felt like I was just squeezing water in and out of my reach. 6. The faucet for washing myself was so rusty, it was disgusting to use it. I've complained twice, and the hotel has shown no goodwill. The plumber did come, but why fix it when I was about to check out? Not with Grantage!

I stayed with my family. I booked a Grand Suite, one level below the Royal Suite, for around Rp 700,000, but I wasn't entirely satisfied. - The hallway on the 5th floor was quite dark compared to the very bright 6th floor. - My room was unclean, dusty, and smelled musty, as if it hadn't been used often. The bathroom sink drain was slightly clogged. The bathtub rim wasn't clean. - And worst of all, I couldn't sleep because the AC in the room wasn't cooling at all. I tried calling room service, but there was no response. - I got a room with a balcony, but the door wouldn't open; the hinges seemed broken. On the plus side, the breakfast menu was extensive and quite tasty. I ordered seafood fried noodles from NY restaurant, and the food was so fishy that I didn't eat it, only the seafood. The noodles were too soft. That's it; otherwise, it's not recommended, especially for a family with children.

I've stayed here 3 times but I just realized that there's a lot of dust under the chairs, it seems like they weren't thorough when cleaning the room and the Wi-Fi is also slow.

Honestly, this time the room was really lacking. The sink was clogged, the bathtub was clogged, and the bathtub was cracked and chipped. It felt like I was forced to get a room, even though I've stayed there so many times, but this was the first time I'd gotten a room like that. Even though I'd booked it so far in advance. Honestly, I was disappointed :))

The room was as requested. Clean and fragrant. The only thing lacking was water in the small bathroom. Otherwise, it was okay, and the rate was affordable. The nice room on the 6th floor had a white theme. Thank you.

All the hotel staff were friendly. The food was okay. However, the room was very noisy; I heard chairs being pulled and pulled every night. It really disturbed my sleep.

The place was nice, but it wasn't very clean. Luckily, I can't stand dust, and it immediately broke out in hives. The photo shows the itchy spots.

The room is really nice, with a bathtub for under 1 million rupiah and the room is quite spacious. The food is delicious.
