1. Buffet breakfast was closed on the first morning of my stay 2. I was locked out of my room on my last night - hotel was extremely understaffed and I had to wait for almost 10 minutes at the counter just for someone to attend to me 3. Room cleanliness was poor, random hairs and stains all around the floor, carpet and bed 4. Poor soundproofing, could hear noises from other room clearly 5. No gym

Super dirty all around the room and toilet, I stay for 3 night and from my first day the toilet super super dirty and never get clean, the dirty energy around this room, From the pillows and mattresses all colored dirty, then when I opened the cover of the pillow and mattress, inside was brown and there was a lot of mold, this is very unhealthy, I stayed in many hotels with cheap to expensive prices, but not this dirty, Hoping they fix everything, the old hotel is not a problem of cleanliness. And there are already many old hotels that are still kept clean, we can feel a good energy.

What a mess!!! From the Traveloka photos, this hotel looked okay, but after arriving and staying, it was terrible. The bed was dirty. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom was even worse. The water was bad. Luckily, I was only staying one day because I had to fly the next day. I didn't even shower that night or the next morning. Seeing the condition of the room, I lost my appetite for breakfast. Even though it's a 4-star hotel, it felt like a 1-star hotel. Thankfully, the location was still good, behind the hotel there was a restaurant for breakfast in the morning and evening. It's close to the mall, so it's safe.

The staff is a bit slow or maybe because of the lack of employees working. but so far it's ok, the staff is friendly.

There were cockroaches everywhere, lots of baby cockroaches in the bathroom, it was dirty, filthy, and the bedsheets were full of black spots. Then I ordered food at the restaurant at 7:00, and it took 8:30 to arrive. The staff said they forgot to write it down, and I had to confirm three times by phone. The Wi-Fi was terrible.

Despite being budget hotel but the room is pretty clean and have a nice bathtub, the only minus thing is the hot water constantly not working, I need to wait for hours to make it hot again after using it for a while.

The staff were accommodating and so friendly to the guests, safe to say I really enjoyed my stay.

Dirty pillows, dirty coffee drawer, dirty bathroom, dirty floor, glasses look like they haven't been replaced, asked for another access card but they didn't give it, told me to park my car on the side of the road. Even though the room reservation was already a million. Very very disappointing. 👎👎👎👎

The wifi is slow, and maybe you could fix the walls of the room because there are holes in them... so that there are no gaps for cockroaches to get in, thanks

The hotel room is spacious, with a bathtub, hairdryer, and mini-fridge, but cleanliness needs to be improved. There is no swimming pool, but there is a gym. Food reviews: Breakfast is delicious, varied, and attractive. Parking is limited. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of BSD City.
