Interesting and the price is okay. I'll stay here again next time I go to Semarang.

Strategic location, but unfortunately the swimming pool is being repaired

This was my first time staying here. It was a truly delightful experience. It's conveniently located in the city center, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel also offers valet parking, so it's hassle-free.

Overall, for those looking for a hotel located in the Simpang Lima area (right at Simpang Lima), and one that already has a bathtub in every room, this is worth checking out. If you want a room with a city or street view, I suggest double-checking when checking in whether your room faces the street, because some room types have closed windows so there is no view from outside the window. A few downsides to this hotel are some of the furniture is old-fashioned, and some of the doors in the rooms are a little difficult to open and close, but they are still functional and safe.

It felt like being in our own home environment, we happened to be staying with a large family, we booked about 7 rooms on the same floor, it was fun.... We could have breakfast together and share in the Bougenville lounge on the 6th floor etc. Thank you Grand Arkenso hotel for everything. Next we will stay there again, we are very happy and satisfied.

Big enough for the room if you go with your family. In the room, there is a bathtub for your children to play and have some fun with water :) You should try this hotel if Semarang is where you want to take a break before you continue to your destinations.

Strategic location, limited motorcycle parking, no shade. Friendly staff at the greeter (the lady with glasses) at breakfast. Limited food options, the best is the pink pudding. There are no phones in the rooms, and the restaurant is small and a bit hot. There is a gym, but the equipment is outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, it's okay for just an overnight stay.

Every time I go to Semarang, I always stay here.. The hotel is old but comfortable, the rooms are big.

I've had two staycations here, unfortunately the second time the swimming pool couldn't be used due to renovations, the kids were already imagining swimming😁

Needs better maintenance, especially for carpet vacuuming.
