When we checked in, which was scheduled for 2 PM, the room wasn't ready yet. We were left waiting without any explanation.

The request for a top floor room with a city view was truly fulfilled and met expectations, it was really cool, really comfortable🤩

The shower faucet knob is hard to pull.

Grand Arkenso Park View Hotel offers comfort in a strategic location in Semarang, with spacious rooms and complete amenities. The service is friendly, although some areas could use some maintenance. It's ideal for leisure or business.

Every visit to Semarang must stay here... comfortable.

I've been a regular when I go to Semarang to stay here, it's close to everything, next to the mall.

My stay here was comfortable, the vibe was good, the breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, but the restaurant was a bit cold. But overall, it was okay.

Parking is available, but it's not convenient. If you park on the 4th floor and exit, you pass the 5th floor parking lot, which has a "shocking" atmosphere (because it's empty). Upon exiting the parking area, you have to pay, unless you register with reception and report back to the payment counter.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed because I was staying with the kids, but overall it was okay for the room service to be fast...thank you..

Booked last minute, got the recommendation from Ms. Je (?) from Grab Shelter in Stasiun Poncol. The hotel’s location is really accessible. There are mal, Alun-alun Simpang Lima, and some local cuisine that near the hotel. One of the best part is there’s Wardim (Warung Dimsum) in the hotel🫶🏼

That's good then, I'll stop by again sometime, even though the hotel is old, it's not bad as long as the price is cheap.

The room is spacious and clean. The elevator needs to be added, and the swimming pool is not yet usable. Everything else is the best. Thank you, Grand Arkenzo Hotel.

I really enjoyed my two-night stay at the Grand Arkenso Semarang Hotel. It's strategically located in the city center, next to Plaza Simpang Lima shopping center and across from Ciputra Mall. It's a short walk to Simpang Lima, close to various culinary spots, and on Sunday mornings, you can exercise and enjoy Semarang's car-free day. Even though it's an older hotel, the service is excellent, with a warm welcome from the staff, spacious and clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean towels, and well-functioning hotel facilities. The prompt service when we asked for the sofa to be cleaned made our stay very comfortable.
