The cleaning staff came in to clean the room when the guest wasn't there, even though there was a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. They should have asked the customer for permission before entering to clean, as belongings like wallets were left in the room.

The hotel is old and poorly maintained, the hot water for the shower doesn't work, and there's a lot of dust (I'm allergic to dust). My family and I were so weak that we decided to sleep in the car until morning. There's a lot that needs to be improved, and hopefully, it will be better in the future.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, spacious, and comfortable. The cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfast variety is extensive, perhaps we can expand it in the future :). The strategic location is midway between the city and Lembang, which is excellent. The security guards are also very friendly and helpful.
