I think this one time would be enough for another stay. I chose the highest Family room, but I was quite disappointed because the room wasn't soundproof. The sound of ambulances, motorbikes, and other outside noises were quite audible, making it a bit disruptive to my rest. For breakfast, I thought the selection was quite limited 😂 Moreover, the restaurant area is also small, so it feels uncomfortable when it's busy. Even though my expectations were quite high because it's said to be the largest Vio Hotel. I also think the reception service still needs improvement. When I called to ask for help bringing a trolley because I was about to check out, the response was to ask again if I wanted to check out and if I wanted to borrow the trolley. In the end, I had to carry my own things down. It's not a big deal, but it's quite a shame. The security, bellboy, and HK were actually nice and friendly. 👍🏻 Oh yeah, I was given room number 201. Overall, this is purely based on my personal experience during my stay. For my next stay, I think I'll try another hotel. 😅

The staff is friendly. There's a coffee machine in the lobby if you're looking for a cup of coffee. You can check in early if your room is ready.

The hotel is strategically located near the Pasteur toll gate, but it's not soundproof. We couldn't sleep peacefully because the room next door was celebrating a friend's birthday that night, so our sleep was disturbed.

The food is really good but unfortunately they don't give you any cutlery, spoons or forks, it's so delicious that it doesn't matter. I asked for tissues but they didn't give me any 😭

The room was comfortable, but the desk and toilet seemed neglected. There was a lot of dust, the facial tissues weren't refilled, the toilet paper wasn't refilled, and even the soap and shampoo weren't refilled. The bed, however, was very comfortable and well-maintained.

The lighting in the hallway leading to the bedroom is a bit dim. The wallpaper on the bedroom walls is peeling. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

The hotel staff is very friendly in serving guests... the location is also strategic, close to everywhere.. just to improve the room's tightness, at night it's still disturbed by the sound of going up and down the stairs and children crying, running around

The toilet is a bit smelly and there is noise from the next room.

I swear, this hotel is highly recommended, especially for a staycation. I stayed in the Viora type, it was absolutely great. The room was modern, aesthetic, with glass everywhere. It had a smart TV, refrigerator, and hair dryer. The toilet was clean, the shower didn't leak, and the body wash and shampoo smelled really good. The breakfast was also okay, with rice, salad, bread, and porridge. Dessert was pudding. Overall, it's a plus for this price. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

My stay at Vio Hotel Pasteur was very comfortable. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also strategic, close to the Pasteur toll gate, making travel easy. Perfect for both staycations and business trips. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in Room 101, a Traveloka promo, for only one night. The service was good, and the staff were very kind. However, the room amenities need improvement: 1. The AC is leaking badly. 2. The electric kettle is almost broken. Thank you.

I was initially skeptical after reading the reviews, but thankfully, everything was fine upon arrival. The staff was friendly, the facilities were comfortable, and the room was clean. By the way, I stayed in the loft. I'll try another one next time.
