From my room, I could already see Tunjungan Plaza. It's close, so I'll burn some calories if I walk.

The hotel is quite close to Tunjungan. There's seating in front of the hotel, so you can enjoy the bustling Surabaya skyline. There's a souvenir shop right next to the hotel. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but they're adequate.

The AC is not cold and the sound is too loud, the electrical panel makes a noisy clicking sound all the time, it really disturbs your rest time.

I stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 14-year-old son in Groovy Room 1217 without breakfast through the app. Arriving at 10 p.m., I was greeted by friendly security guards who helped unload my luggage and valet parked my car. Check-in was well-serviced and relatively quick. There was no Rp 100,000 deposit required, perhaps because I left my car keys with the receptionist. The room's condition, facilities, and cleanliness were commensurate with the price for a 3-star hotel, making it well worth it. My wife and son were very happy because the glass windows directly faced Tunjungan Plaza. Check-out was also quick, with security guards preparing the car and assisting with luggage and bags. Thank you Traveloka and all the Midtown employees. This makes business trips with family enjoyable.

Everything is great. Except the bathroom doesn't have a shower hose, making it difficult to bathe the kids. All the food is delicious except the fried rice, which is hard. I've stayed here twice. I love it, and it's strategically located in the heart of Surabaya.
