Going through renovations. What was served to the room was satisfactory.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff did a great job making us feel welcomed and making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to a great selection of restaurants and bars (pubs). We had a great stay at this hotel.

Well located and close to the high Street. The views were lovely

Room was excellent. New, clean and spacious. Stair access to suites could be an issue for large suitcases but no issues with carry on luggage used for our road trip.

The super king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was really cosy. Went up to Fort William from Edinburgh for a birthday trip and had a hike round Glencoe. The cosiness and heating in the room meant we were able to warm up quickly when returning to the hotel. We were also left a lovely bottle of bubbly and a birthday card! Thank you so much for this! Small details make such a big difference<3

Nice and clean room, good location and modern

We stayed one night in a suite which was great - except there was a bright green exit sign on the door in the bedroom that made it hard to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay at the Garrison. The only issue was construction is happening onsite and the parking was very limited. Otherwise a good location for going into Fort William

Better lighting in walkway and stairs for the suites would be great. It was dark and a bit dangerous feeling, but otherwise, it was a great stay.

Only given 3 stars for breakfast because we never had it and i was unable to select anything else. Very nice hotel clean and restful. Defo recommend and would stay again. Staff nice and helpful so very good. One observation is the shower cubicle is really dark inside and a child i think would not like it. Thats the only downside
