The room was comfortable. The staff were courteous and welcoming. It was disappointing that there wasn’t a cooked breakfast on offer but understandable as the refurbishment is ongoing.

Advertised as 4 Star don’t believe it no wardrobe just 4 hangers attached to a pipe. When booked no mention of the bar and restaurant being closed. Breakfast in a bag the bananas were black think they had become very cold other stuff only just acceptable.Definitely will not stay again. Only redeeming factor was the staff who were pleasant.

Staff were very welcoming! The hotel was very clean, nice decor. A good selection of complimentary snacks were in the room. There was renovations going on but this did not have a negative impact on the stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The amount of buildings work and its impact on services was not clear . The hotel is fairly well appointed and help was fine but we would not have booked this site had we fully understood the disruption

Parking not enough due to hotel renovations taking place currently. Be ready to pay £10.00 to park across the road for the night.

The breakfast area and bar were closed, huge renovation going on. They did send a message to say about the renovations but I wasn't aware it was so extensive and there would be no breakfast or bar area as this wasn't in the email.

Lovely clean spacious room with good facilities & a comfortable bed. The staff were fantastic & kindly treated us to a bottle of prosecco for my wife's birthday as a surprise treat.

The hotel is being refurbed. No restaurant or bar/lounge. Wasn’t made aware of this for the booking.

We booked to stay in a suite which was a great choice. Beautiful, newly renovated and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, lovely large shower with toiletries and fluffy towels, a neat kitchenette with fridge coffee machine kettle and microwave also fully stocked with plates and cutlery. The restaurant was closed due to renovations but breakfast was served to our room. With booking a suite we had a dining area and lounge which made all the difference. It would be easy to spend a week here and it not cost too much with having all the facilities. Highly recommend staying!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff did a great job making us feel welcomed and making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to a great selection of restaurants and bars (pubs). We had a great stay at this hotel.

Room was excellent. New, clean and spacious. Stair access to suites could be an issue for large suitcases but no issues with carry on luggage used for our road trip.

The super king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was really cosy. Went up to Fort William from Edinburgh for a birthday trip and had a hike round Glencoe. The cosiness and heating in the room meant we were able to warm up quickly when returning to the hotel. We were also left a lovely bottle of bubbly and a birthday card! Thank you so much for this! Small details make such a big difference<3
