Very good location. Ambiance/Facilities: Lack of room maintenance, very dirty bedroom especially the bed sheet and curtain. Staff Assistance: Very helpful especially the security. Highlights: Need to improve the cleanliness and meet the four-star hotel standard. Price: Quite expensive. Location: The best location, near to main food street and city center.

I've stayed here twice, and the first time was very pleasant and nothing bad happened. But yesterday, when I arrived in my room, the AC kept dripping water, making it slippery and unsafe to walk. It wasn't fixed until the last day of our stay.
