Very kids friendly. Ambiance/Facilities: The atmosphere is really quiet, suitable for me as an introvert. Food: The breakfast is quite good 3/5 if calculated by points. But less variety compared to previous visits. Staff Assistance: Not much communication with the hotel staff except the receptionist and during breakfast. Highlights: The swimming pool is comfortable for children. This is what makes me want to come back again. Price: Quite worth it with the facilities provided. If there is a gym, it would be better. The children can swim, the parents can exercise while supervising. Location: The location is very strategic, close to everything, be it culinary, malls. Even to Indomaret, you can walk.

The room wasn't very comfortable. Upon entering, it smelled of garbage, and the bathroom also smelled. The trash can in the room was likely never cleaned, with traces of food and water. The refrigerator was extremely dirty, seemingly never wiped down.

The floor was dirty, the sheets were stained, and the phone was dead, so I couldn't contact the staff. Since it was late at night, I went straight to bed.

Overall ok, only the refrigerator facility is not working so you can't put food in it.

The staff is friendly, the service is good, check-in and check-out are easy, there is a 100,000 IDR deposit at check-in that will be returned upon check-out, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food in the restaurant is delicious and has a lot of choices, the swimming pool is clean and comfortable. Overall, it's okay and worth it to stay here. Highly recommended.

The hotel room was clean, and the service was good. The only thing missing was the breakfast menu, which wasn't comprehensive for a 3-star hotel (I got it recommended by a work colleague).

Overall, it was okay, my wife and kids were happy. The staff were friendly, but cleanliness needs to be looked into. The tissue box, which the staff checks daily, was full of dust, and there were cobwebs under the table. The refrigerator in room 510 wasn't cold at all, and the hotel didn't have a replacement. The large swimming pool and water slide, similar to a water park, were accompanied by lifeguards, which were the main advantages.

Actually, I've stayed here many times, the last 3 times I've stayed here I've always been disappointed with the breakfast which was empty and took a long time to refill, the more I've been here the menu has become less varied, and this is the first time I heard that the omelettes were out of stock and there were no more eggs (because I was sitting near the omelet booth) so I heard the guy answer that, and when I was swimming there were no blankets, but this is the first time I've stayed here, when I checked in I didn't have to wait long to get a room, previously I had to wait 2 hours from check in.

The elevator probably needs to be repaired because it takes too long to wait, and near the pool needs more sitting area. Overall, it was a great stay.

This is my umpteenth time staying here, my kids are really happy when staying and swimming here. The food is also delicious, check-in and check-out are fast, the AC is cold, the fridge is cold. The staff are all very friendly 😍

Strategic location, plenty of eateries nearby. Large swimming pool. There's a 100,000 IDR initial deposit that's refundable. We ordered food at the restaurant, and it wasn't too expensive and the food was quite tasty. The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough.
