The swimming pool was incredibly awesome, love it! Bali vibes in the middle of busy central Jakarta. Easy to get everywhere: food, supermarkets, bars, street foods. My 3-year-old daughter loved the little water splash area & the kids club. Awesome experience, thanks!

It is said to be one of the best family-friendly hotels, but sorry to say the kids' facilities are not safe, even for adults. When my family arrived at the hotel, we started by exploring the kids club. The room was very messy, the floor was very dirty, I could see the stains, and there was an unpleasant smell like a very old place. The PlayStation was not working. I could not let my 2-year-old daughter play in the ball pit; I'm pretty sure it was dirty after seeing the floor condition. The trampoline was very dangerous; the springs were rusty and could be seen clearly at the edge of the trampoline. I couldn't imagine if a kid fell and hit that thing. I don't know about the toilet inside; I thought it was supposed to be for the kids because it was inside the kids club, but one of the male hotel staff came from outside and used the toilet for quite a long time. Next is about the kids' pool. I don't know what those covers under the pool are. There were so many bumpy covers that I stumbled a few times, and it hurt quite badly. My wife's leg even got a bit cut and bled. So I couldn't let my daughter explore into some areas. Last but not least. I swear the hotel needs to change its thin pillows. They were too thin and very uncomfortable. This might be the first time I didn't get to sleep properly in a hotel.

All the staff are very helpful, attentive, competent and quick to serve.

What might need improvement is the quality of the food at the poolside restaurant. I ordered drinks and food while swimming. I'm sorry, but the taste didn't match the price. It was way off. Otherwise, it was satisfactory.

The staff are all friendly. The food is delicious. The hotel is child-friendly.

Got a terrible pillow when I arrived. I asked for a replacement, but it was the same. When I asked if there was a pillow menu (like the TV in the lobby says there is one), the receptionist said there wasn't one. It was uncomfortable sleeping.

Very kid-friendly, with a great outdoor area for toddlers to roam, and a swimming pool surrounded by gardens. Many luxury hotels in Jakarta have limited outdoor space and gardens. What's special is the written information about restaurant crowds at breakfast, so you can be better prepared.

Always a satisfying staycation here with my family. Plenty of breakfast options and fresh juices to choose from. The strawberry yogurt is delicious. Great pool. Definitely one of my favorite hotels.

The best swimming pool in town. Enjoyable from toddler to adult. The variety of the food is also good for breakfast and dinner buffet. Special highlight: donuts are the best here, very soft. My kids ate 6 pieces by themselves.

Happy place to stay! The breakfast is varied and delicious! The pool is spacious and nice, unlike the ones in Jakarta. Thank you for the birthday decoration for me and the humble and helpful staff.

My son was very happy and excited to enjoy all the facilities provided by the hotel. We are only concern for the variety of the breakfast. It would be better to provide a variety of Nusantara food like "bubur kacang hijau", "bubur ketan hitam", "sop Iga", "sate", etc. So we can enjoy the complete package and the best food in the best hotel in Jakarta.

Very standard for a 5-star hotel, nothing that makes me and my family want to come back again. Minuses: some staff are friendly, but most of them are not friendly, starting from the check-in officer who is very standard and flat. The officer at the restaurant when we had breakfast was directed to a table outside that still had dirty dishes, said they would be cleaned later, but we waited and no one came to clean it until we had to call another staff, even though the staff was very unfriendly. Some of the food that was finished was not immediately refilled, probably because there were many guests staying. Even when I was going home, I was in the same elevator with an officer who was going home, he was very rude, interrupting me and my family when entering and exiting the elevator even though we were carrying a lot of luggage and a stroller with two children. Some officers also seemed to treat customers differently. Another minus is the condition of the kids club, even though we went there because of the reviews that said it was kid-friendly, but the kids club looked very unkempt, messy, the screen and PS were broken, there were no staff to look after and guide the children, some even fed their children while playing even though the rules don't allow it.

Good service but beds are so hard.

The place is comfortable, my kids love swimming in the pool. There's also a kids' play club behind the pool.
