Good and the best, close to everywhere and very supportive.

This hotel's location is unbeatable. Just a few steps away from the lobby, you’ll find TRX Park. If you keep walking straight from there, you’ll reach Bukit Bintang and Pavilion. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to KL. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

Great hotel, friendly staff, and a prime location. However, the downside was a foul odor in the corner room directly overlooking the public trash bin. The trash smell permeated into the room.

The hotel staff speaks English, which is quite good, so I can directly practice my language skills. There are many choices for breakfast at the shop in front of the hotel, and the location is elite.

Close to TRX mall, and close to Pavilion.

A heater (drinking water heater), coffee, tea, hot water for bathing, powerful AC, standard TV, prayer mats, and Qibla direction are provided. Close to shops and plenty of food nearby.

I can't access the Wi-Fi, it's too far I think.

Location is good as meals can be settled stone's throw away. Pavilion is my reference orientation point.

For someone who's solo traveling, this hotel is perfect! It's very strategic and comfortable, great price.

The hotel is very close to TRX, the environment is not too crowded, definitely will be back here.
