Friendly staff, good service

The location is quite easy to reach, near the Rawabuntu toll exit, but the hotel area is quite quiet, far from the mall. The check-in process was fast. The room was medium sized, clean, with adequate amenities. The downside of the room was that the TV had no movie channels, all news channels, and the refrigerator wasn't cold at all. The facilities were okay, hot water flowed smoothly, enough tissue, and there was also shampoo and soap. The swimming pool was very small, so we didn't swim because it was already full with just a few people. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety, and the taste was also good. Overall, it was okay, and it was worth the price. Thank you.

At check-in, the front office staff was friendly, when borrowing prayer mats and sarongs for prayer, housekeeping respectfully lent them, car parking in the hotel basement was ok.

The facilities and services are really good

It's quite nice, the receptionist is friendly, there's a massage chair on the G floor, not far from where we checked in. The food is also delicious on the 1st floor. On the 1st floor, breakfast is available all the way to the back and the 1st floor has a swimming pool. The view is also great, you can see the train. If you want to take the train to get here, get off at Rawa Buntu Station, it's the closest.

The hotel is perfect for a family staycation. Plenty of street food within easy reach of a motorcycle taxi. The only downside is the staff. Starting from check-in, the lady served us with no smile. There was also a guy at the counter, but he wasn't quick to help customers. I had to unload two large suitcases from the car myself... until I asked, before he brought out a trolley.

Overall, it was okay, but the only problem was that I had booked a non-smoking room from the start. And when I checked in, I double-checked, and it turned out the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I was so annoyed that I had already opened my things. So I was too lazy to complain and ask for a room change because I would have to pack again.

The shower curtain is due for replacement. The walls and wallpaper need repainting and replacing.
