The room was very clean, and very comfortable bed. The shower was very good but on the small side as was the sink. The room was let down by lots of dirty scuff marks and flaking paint on the walls and there was a crack in the plasterboard as you walked in on the right which didn't give a good first impression.

Good service and nice room. Well happy with my stay.

Decent hotel, Nice pool with a view. The room was small and felt like a student accommodation however the room was clean. Does the job for a weekend in London.

Great friendly staff, clean hotel and room. Great facilities, pool, sauna and swimming pool. The gym was clean and had enough equipment and space. One of my favourite place to stay when I'm in London

The studio is fair enough for the price. I love the pool, and the pool views. I wish I got my room clean everyday thou.

Great pool which is why I booked, but the bed was smaller than a double so not comfortable for a couple. The train was also really close to our window so both of those things meant we didn’t have a good night’s sleep! Communal area and cafe downstairs was really nice though

The room was very dirty and also had a very strong smell in the shower drain which filled the room every time you opened the bathroom door. The bedsheets were not clean and the tv didnt work

Great stay, the room was clean and the kitchen well equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, kettle. well organise, compact room.

I was disappointed with the housekeeping service during my stay. The property only offers cleaning every 3 days, and when I requested an early cleaning before that period, the staff came but did not actually clean the room. No fresh towels, soap, or shampoo were provided. I also had to request replacement toilet paper, which was then left outside the door on the floor, showing a lack of care for hygiene and germs. Overall, the service felt inattentive and unprofessional.

Asked about the to being fixed twice still not done. Sink didn’t empty properly and the bed was very uncomfortable Breakfast was excellent and room clean

Bed was so small - not a standard double. Kettle in one room was broken and they also couldn't watch the TV as they wanted proof of TV licence.

The room was quite ok, could be a little cleaner and the shower door was broken. But the pool area is great, also the opening hours for it

The room was so unclean upon arrival and whilst I was undressed someone walked into the room ready to clean. This should’ve been done prior to me checking into the room. I wasn’t expecting to be fully undressed bare bottomed and have room service walk in unannounced. Like at least knock on the room. The room was so unclean with hair and fluff from previous still there. The floor had sticky residue and even when I asked for it to be cleaned it wasn’t. I was moved to another room the next day upon complaining and yet again the room was unclean there’s hair in the bed all on the floor and it’s just so unsanitary.
