I especially like the top floor pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. The location was fantastic and the facilities onsite. The manager gave me a tour of the building and was impressed with the cinema, golf simulator & work spaces. A real community as a co living space.

It's my 2nd time at ARK and I have already booked my next stay. However I had some drinks glasses delivered to my room and the bottoms were still very dirty so I just used the clean mugs provided in the room. Otherwise the atmosphere, people, location and rooms are all phenomenal.

Nice location and good facilities but terrible rooms. When we arrived we were given a room on the 10th floor and as soon as we entered we were met with the stench of cigarette smoke. Definitely not worth the money we paid for the room

The room was ok, for what it was. We only needed a bed to sleep in. However, we found an open baggie (of drugs) on the floor under the table, which not only is very unsanitary and unclassy, but made us worry about how well the room had actually been cleaned. Additionally, when we arrived to check in, a couple were complaining about a smell in their room. This obviously was not a problem for us, but the staff could have handled that issue with more professionalism.

The room was dirty, and the bed sheets had a mysterious stain that we only noticed when getting into bed. Someone from front-desk came upstairs to change the sheets, but by that point we'd had enough and

The stay was “okay”. And I guess that’s fine. Room was clean. Lobby area is pretty and clean. Restaurant was closed at any usable time. Pool was closed and out of order. Room is extremely small and good for sleeping only - no ability to sit and work really. WiFi wouldn’t connect unless I went down 7 floors. Shower was big enough for a child of about 4 years old. Overall, as somewhere to sleep. It was okay.

Séjour très décevant. J’avais choisi cet hôtel principalement pour l’accès à la piscine et au spa, et l’établissement m’avait confirmé avant la réservation que ces installations étaient disponibles. À l’arrivée, la piscine était finalement fermée pour toute la durée de notre séjour. La chambre était petite, avec un lit trop étroit pour deux personnes, une seule chaise pour manger, un frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, et aucun équipement de cuisine alors qu’il s’agit d’un appart’hôtel. Propreté insuffisante : poussière, cheveux dans la salle de bain et au sol.De plus, les murs étaient abîmés à plusieurs endroits, comme si des objets avaient été décollés sans que la peinture ne soit refait Nous avons même eu une après-midi sans eau dans l’hôtel. Seuls points positifs : l’accueil très agréable et la localisation. Très mauvaise expérience dans l’ensemble

Great weekend. Stayed there for three nights and I loved it. Great staffs, clean room even though the bathroom was a bit small. Loved the amenities(jacuzzi, pool, sauna, gym , steam room) although towards the ending of my stay, the jacuzzi wasn’t hot anymore. Affordable too so would recommend. If you don’t mind a little bit of noise, then it’s the best room for you due to the fact that the building and room is close to the train station. Would recommend
