Shower is tiny. I changed my room because mattress is smelly and dirty. The staff is very helpful. They apologized and also found another room for me.

Overall very nice, however bathroom really small especially the sink, about the size of 1-2 hands

Told me I could check in early then made me wait 3 hours. Rooms had no towels or toiletries when I arrived. There was also a “mistake” and the lifts were frozen at 11pm at night. Had to walk 20 flights of stairs or wait (again). Not ideal when it’s late and all I want is to sleep. Also the showers were stone cold for a day or 2. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. But probably wouldn’t book again.

It started very badly with Satnav sending us to a pedestrianised deadend at the waterfront. However with telephone assistance from the Ark staff we eventually found the entrance which is set back from the road. We stayed in a tiny double bed studio, probably the smallest we have ever seen. It was however perfect for our stay and was very well fitted out and spotless. The pool and spa was stunning and with incredible views from the 20th floor to the O2. Staff qere helpful, lifts a high tech joy and all in all extremely good value. Access to all areas via the adjacent light railway station was a huge benefit for getting around. We would stay again and now we know where the entrance is it will be even better!

Honest review the apartments looked a lot nicer on the site. It was giving student vibes but I must say the staff were really great and upgraded us and the accommodation was better. The spa and pool was great and a fab view I couldn’t fault.

Good location, nice building on the outside. And good facilities. That said the furniture in the rooms not in good condition, the water pressure in the shower is very poor and the sound insulation not great - so noisy in the hallway throughout the night. Bed and mattress pretty uncomfortable and definitely in need of replacement. Additionally - why provide a “studio” space with a kitchen and not provide any crockery / dishes / cutlery?! Very random (and a bit annoying!) Would stay again simply for the convenience - but I would expect better in future.

Only issue was the noise from the nearby trains. Other than that it was great.

The stay was wonderful and pool is amazing! Rooms aren’t as small as people make out to be and we got a classic studio!!! The POOL was unreal! I think only thing is for ur stay bring a mini fan haha as its very hot in the rooms at time but the window being opened helped too! Overall was very good just very hot :)))

I didn't eat the breakfast but the stay was enjoyable. I didn't expect the rooms to be that small, coming from the USA we're used to more space but regardless, i slept well and enjoyed the property. I love it, and i will be returning (to a bigger room ofc). The locals PERFECT for me. Best stay in canary wharf imo.

My experience at the Canary Ark Hotel was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The room was extremely small, and the bed was in poor condition it felt unstable, made a lot of noise with any movement, and sank in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall cleanliness was below standard. The floors and surfaces were dirty, and the room had a strong smell of weed, which was both unexpected and unpleasant. I did not feel that the stay was worth the money, and I would not consider returning.

Room was clean. Safe did not work. Basin plug did not seal. Rm 1632

Room was incredibly basic. No air conditioning, no batteries in the remote control, no cutlery or any plates despite having a stove, microwave and fridge / freezer. The Ark at Wembley is a far better stay.

Really good amenities/facilities, great location next to station. Everything you need for short or long stays.

I was not allowed to stay in the room I had paid for because they have none of my details on their system, they said it does not matter if I have my confirmation details and I was told to leave, leaving me stranded in London for 9 hours

Really nice place. Great amenities. Convenient for exploring the far east end of London, but easy to get into the centre of town too.

I’ve stayed at The Ark at Canary Wharf for extended periods and keep coming back, which probably says everything. I’ve been staying here on and off since November last year, often for months at a time, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes a huge difference when you’re somewhere long-term rather than just passing through. The building itself is well maintained, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really stands out is the level of service and the atmosphere the team creates. I’ve stayed in plenty of places around London and this is one of the few where you actually feel looked after. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say, and that’s rare. If you’re considering staying here, I’d highly recommend it.

They couldnt even help us order a taxi in a hotel First time for me
