The O2 Arena やオリンピックパークにはアクセスが良い　キッチンもあり広さを考えてもコストパフォーマンスは良いホテル　チェックイン前の荷物預かりもOKでした。

The room was very clean and functional. Staffs at the reception were friendly and kind. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Tiny bathroom, no glasses, plates, cutlery in rooms, no hand soap in bathrooms either

Bedding really poor quality, room very very hot. Got there late and left really early as difficult to sleep

The stuff was very helpful and friendly. However I didn’t know that if I needed anything, I needed to contact the reception. I came late and there was not a mug or spoon to have a cup of coffee. Also not even a small bottle of water. The same for breakfast, i couldn’t have a cup of coffee. I asked the reception and then they told me I needed to ask 😀. Apart from that great views and very clean flat.

Nice enough place, but a few things to note - the room is tiny. Yes, it’s London, but it’s very, very small (bathroom is particularly small) - shower isn’t great (very small; not much pressure) - bed is like sleeping in a hammock (it sags in the middle) - no air con - if you open the window, the DLR trains are very noisy Good points: - free (fast) wifi - the TV works - fridge / kitchenette in room (altho there’s no cutlery / plates to use) - check in was quick - it’s secure

was an overall nice stay minus the sauna and the steam room not working & tea bag’s and sugar provided in room but just no mugs to use them with not even disposable cups. would visit again but i’m no rush too

The staff were unhelpful and dismissive. I had a parcel delivered and they couldn’t find it, no sense of urgency. The room was underwhelming and not very clean. Would not recommend.

The lobby was nice

A brand-new swimsuit was stolen from our room after housekeeping, and despite countless follow-ups (even emailing the founder), management completely ignored me. Zero accountability, zero respect for guests – stay anywhere else in London.

Unexpectedly tiny shower but other than that amazing ! Highly recomend

Great stay, quiet and simple check-in. Size of room is fine. Would benefit from a kettle and tea making facilities in the room!

Very disappointed with this stay. I was expecting a 4 star experience but outside of the reception area & the pool, it felt like a 2 star experience. I paid £144 and on top of that I was asked for a deposit of £100 too on arrival! The standard for 4 and 5 star stays is normally a £50 deposit! All the basic things you would expect a 4 star stay to have on arrival to the room didn’t exist. No slippers or shower cap or robe. But not even basic things like cutlery or mugs. Tea bags sure, but no mugs - very strange that I had to ask for this & also had to ask for plates, pans and even washing up liquid to be brought up to the room. The shower was cramped. No hand soap for washing your hands after using the toilet, only hand lotion & shampoo - very weird. The bed was barely a double as advertised, it was more like a large single and felt cheap for a 4 star place. The room was very hot, with no air con, we opened the window but that idea was quickly abandoned as the loud sound of an train passing by every 5-10 mins until 1:30am made sleep impossible. Only good memory is for two members of staff who were friendly. Will never stay here again.

Really poor from start to finish. Very long queues just to check in. I booked a studio flat, £150. It was more like a student dorm and the bathroom was a broom cupboard. There was no cutlery or plates. The room was tiny. There is no bar as advertised, they don’t sell alcohol. There is no “on site parking”, it’s 5 mins away, and you can just book like anyone else, I don’t see why you need to book through the hotel. I told the hotel I was unhappy but was told there was no other options. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.

Overall We love it.. Room didn't realised classic studio was ideally for solo person not for two people, warm at night-opening window helps, no hangers in clothing rail, small shower room.
