The room was out of date and the bed was not comfortable at all the ocean view not what it show on the picture The staff was OK I’ve been in Cancun in other places a lot better this place I will never go back and I don’t recommend it to people

Everyone went out of their way for us. The front desk, bartenders, and concierge were very accommodating. The rooms were old but clean. There was a mini bar(no alcohol) and coffee maker which were all convenient. Oh and nightly entertainment lead by GIO was very fun. If you have a choice stay here at the Krystal Cancun NOT the Krystal Grand.

Hotel, room was great! The staff was nothing but Magnificent! The room view was amazing, clean and well maintained, although somewhat worn. Property is absolutely not handicap safe, too many stairs with no adequate hand rails. As smokers, it was almost impossible! We met Amazing guest and had a magnificent trip! Not advisable for visitors with visual or physical handicaps.

The rooms were kept spotless. The service was bar none top-tier. My only disappointment was with room service. You have to pay for them to deliver your food to the room. Yeah that’s a real thing.

Room was very poor and they made me pay 400 more for a room already booked or said I would be on a lower floor in oldest tower. Staff is hit or miss. Bar tender at swim up bar was just miserable and insulting. Beach is nice but loud and crowded. If you don’t reserve chairs by 7:30 -8 u will be sitting on sand. Restaurants are pretty decent but buffet is pretty mediocre. I wouldn’t go back… many better resorts with exceptional service..

Give it 3/5 because front desk had poor service my experience. We needed towels, i attempted yo call front desk no one answered, i had to walk down front desk only to be met with that department was on lunch. You would think as busy as this hotel is they have staff to alternate. Also we needed to sign up for excursions only to be diverted to sign up for hotel agents we didnt need or ask for . The sale man Alberto was very pushy, forcing us to sign up even after we voice we only wanted excursions he kept pushing. Sounds like a person who need more training in sales otherwise fired

Check-in was quick and easy. We booked a club room through expedia so we went to a different check-in. The ocean view room was adequate but nothing special other than the view. No face cloths or hand towels until we called the front desk. Food was not as good as we would have liked, either in the buffets or the specialty restaurants, but it was edible and we did not go hungry. Drink service on the beach was hit and miss. Carlos did a good jod keeping our mugs filled. We spent 4 hours on a bali bed waiting for someone to ask us if we needed anything before we flagged down one of the serving staff. One night they had a party with overbearing music until 2 pm. On our last day the cold water shut off meaning no water to flush toilets and hot water only for showering. This resort was the least expensive option for this part of the beach(which is why we booked here) and we might stay here again if our budget doesn't allow us to book one of the other resorts.

During our three night day, the door to our room, we latching, the toilet broke, and it took forever to get hot water in the shower. The last day of our stay, there was no cold water The hotel was lacking in entertainment. The bartenders in the lobby bar took forever to greet us or make us drinks, especially at the end of the night when they were only bar open. They seemed really understaffed. The quality of the alcohol for our all inclusive package was terrible and the food was okay for what was included. Ive been to many all inclusive resorts and this is on the bottom of the list.
