Magnificent hotel in Surabaya...

The room was exceptionally clean, and it made for a comfortable stay. The amenities were also well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant experience. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and each item was delicious and well-prepared. Its convenient location made it easy to walk to many places. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The room was spacious and clean, even the towels and sheets were kept spotless. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and it was close to Malang's culinary spots.

I happened to get a free room upgrade promo, got some welcome cookies 😍😍🫶, the staff are all friendly, the meeting room and event are good. The location is strategic at night, it's suitable for walking around the hotel, Tunjungan Road, the night view is really cool

Overall a wonderful stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful. A quick check-in and out. The Cappuccino in their coffee shop was superb. Room was spacious, clean, cold AC, comfortable bed. Location in the heart of Surabaya right on Tunjungan Street and within walking distance to the biggest mall/plaza. Great breakfast selection but some of the broth (Soto Daging, Porridge broth, Chawanmusi) were too salty to my liking, other than that quality off the F and B were top notch. Pool area not too big but just enough.

The hotel staff is very friendly, allows late check out option, accommodates connecting room requests.

Sometimes, especially in the evening or on weekends, traffic in front of the hotel is quite bad.

honestly this hotel is highly recommended, strategic location, delicious food and many variations, comfortable... basically top... even if there are office guests for audits or meetings we recommend here... but unfortunately on May 29, 2025 I stayed here and got very disappointing service from the receptionist... already queuing but given to the one behind me, but its okay maybe because she's a woman... but during the check-in process the others were offered free parking.. I waited when I didn't at all... really unfriendly people... terrible... terrible.... hopefully they can serve without looking at appearance or whatever
