Order Standard, Until the hotel there is no Standard Room, Upgrade to a Suite at an additional cost, But the room is not ready. Got room amenities not given, shampoo soap. There is no mineral water, the linens don't seem to be replaced, there are still lots of dirt spots. Rating 5/10.

Not satisfied, because it was not stated that I should not mix with friends of the opposite sex, when I wanted to check in it turned out that I couldn't even though I had paid and could not be refunded, even though I was far from Jogja wanting to vacation in Malang but was ultimately disappointed. My personal experience while staying at Oyo Uniga Malang was very disappointing. The first time when I wanted to check in I waited too long I had to wait for the receptionist first past 2 pm instead of the check-in procedure it had to be 2 o'clock, the OYO party should have waited for the guest to arrive but instead had to wait for the receptionist to come first, And after I got a room, it turned out that there was a slight problem in the bathroom, the water was very small, the shower water and the faucet were very small. I had to wait for the water to be full in the bucket to take a shower and the water heater didn't work at all, the hot water didn't work, and the closet couldn't be used. because the water reservoir is not filled with water, so if you pup you have to use a dipper to water it. Please, Oyo, the service and facilities will be repaired again. This is according to my personal experience while staying at Oyo Uniga.

I paid cash when I checked in, but the credit card was still deducted. And quiet, the receptionist does not stand by.

1. Bathroom water comes out very small so it takes 2-3 hours for the tub to be full. 2. In the room there is no trash can. 3. The admin is friendly, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold and comfortable.

Tempatnya nyaman dengan harga yg murah sudah ada ac, tv, dan ada air panas untuk mandi cuma perugas yg d lobby adanya cuma siang sampai malam, kalau pagi skpai siang sering tidak ada ptugas yg jaga lobby.

The furniture looks new but not clean., No towels ... the room when we checked in, was very dirty especially the bathroom .. water was not adequate.
