Order Standard, Until the hotel there is no Standard Room, Upgrade to a Suite at an additional cost, But the room is not ready. Got room amenities not given, shampoo soap. There is no mineral water, the linens don't seem to be replaced, there are still lots of dirt spots. Rating 5/10.

Not satisfied, because it was not stated that I should not mix with friends of the opposite sex, when I wanted to check in it turned out that I couldn't even though I had paid and could not be refunded, even though I was far from Jogja wanting to vacation in Malang but was ultimately disappointed. The receptionist was not friendly at all, didn't help us in finding the best solution.

My personal experience while staying at Oyo Uniga Malang was very disappointing. The first time when I wanted to check in I waited too long I had to wait for the receptionist first past 2 pm instead of the check-in procedure it had to be 2 o'clock, the OYO party should have waited for the guest to arrive but instead had to wait for the receptionist to come first, And after I got a room, it turned out that there was a slight problem in the bathroom, the water was very small, the shower water and the faucet were very small. I had to wait for the water to be full in the bucket to take a shower and the water heater didn't work at all, the hot water didn't work, and the closet couldn't be used. because the water reservoir is not filled with water, so if you pup you have to use a dipper to water it. Please, Oyo, the service and facilities will be repaired again. This is according to my personal experience while staying at Oyo Uniga.

1. Bathroom water comes out very small so it takes 2-3 hours for the tub to be full. 2. In the room there is no trash can. 3. The admin is friendly, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold and comfortable.

Tempatnya nyaman dengan harga yg murah sudah ada ac, tv, dan ada air panas untuk mandi cuma perugas yg d lobby adanya cuma siang sampai malam, kalau pagi skpai siang sering tidak ada ptugas yg jaga lobby.

A bad experience, there was no brushing and toothpaste soap, where the cash cell phone was too high even 1 meter above the head, the bathroom door was broken and even had to wait 30 minutes for the help, it had to scream.

It's not an inn but an old student mess building that was made into a hotel. I have ordered and seen the scary conditions my son did not want. I asked for a refund to the Traveloka Site but it took a long time to spend 50 thousand pulses without completion. yes I already consider it after. I'm looking for another hotel.

First impression is not good, come in the morning at 09.00 before check-in time at 14.00. To be able to enter at 09.00 plus the cost of 50,000, okay, okay, then go up to the 2nd floor to the room, the ups turned out to pass the trash scattered about, But before passing the floor was wet and slippery because the room was flooded, okay finally entered the room, eh it turned out WiFi wasn't On, you have to go down if you want to get WiFi, I asked you, it's been dead weekly. I really need this WiFi. Not as promoted. I can't use WiFi above, then I cancel to check in at 9, I wait until the check-in time arrives, which is at 2:00 p.m., very disappointed, and I promise I will never stay at Oyo Uniga Hotel again, give up.
