Overall the place was good, clean property, great breakfast services. However, customer service needs to improve especially when a visitor raises concerns. I was shocked when i raised a concern and the receptionist asked when my check out was. This meant that she was not willing to assist noting that my due check out was the next day 20th. She didn’t bother following up on my simple concern of getting a mosquito repellent.
I walked down the reception an hour later at 9pm only to find that she didn’t even engage the necessary team 😩. Was asked to go back to the room and nothing came. I was left clapping the whole night trying to kill mosquitoes the old age way 😂😂.
