Amazing staff, clean, and the perfect location.

First time in Marrakech. Grateful to have stayed at Hotel Ibn Batouta. Gueliz is a great location. It is a short taxi ride to the ever bustling Medina. Yet, it is a little quieter than the busy touristy Medina. Hotel Ibn Batouta is wonderful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They bent over backwards to make my stay memorable. Absolutely loved their helpfulness. There are two swimming pools. One pool is on the first floor next to the restaurant. The second pool is on the rooftop. The staff made my stay just amazing. I asked questions and every staff member was willing to help and advise. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If I return to Marrakech I will stay in Hotel Ibn Batouta again. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel to stay in, the staff were great and helpful, breakfast was amazing, the roof swimming pool with relaxing area is amazing. Thanks to everyone for their hospitality

Great Mr ifte Al safar Tours Uk

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed at the Ibn Batouta several times during my visits to Marrekesh. Hamza always greets me with a big smile and makes me feel like I’m part of the family. The front desk staff are always very warm and welcoming. The Hotel is in a great location in Gueliz and is very close to great shopping centers and amazing restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning

The hotel served it purpose as a layover for 1 night to break a long trip. It is strandard business hotel. Back rooms high up where noisy from traffic on main street one black back. Clean standard room.

Very good quality 3 star hotel, it felt more luxurious than 3 stars. Staff really helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. Short walk to the centre. I would recommend this hotel and I’ll be happy to stay there again. A nice rooftop and pool!. Only negative comment is they don’t sell alcohol.

We wanted a hotel near the airport for our last night as we had an early flight. Very happy with this choice. I want to particularly mention the lady at the front desk. She went above and beyond as my friend had done too much shopping and her bag was overweight and this lady actually repacked her bags and redistributed the weight and weighed the bags to make sure. Such dedication of the staff to help us was so appreciated. Also arranged airport transfer at 3am. I would definitely stay here again. Included buffet breakfast was also very good and a wide variety of items.

I cannot fault this hotel one bit, me and the Mrs love walking everywhere and everything was within reach, there was a local mini market for snacks and cold drinks right outside, a shisha bare opposite, the main strip just a street behind, access to KFC, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and other restaurants, 25 min walk to Koutubia Masjid and Jmaa el Fna square (souk) - hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and breakfast delicious, I always ended up making a paratha BLT lol, Moroccan tea is just yum! Room is very clean, bathroom is very clean with a bidet, balcony to hang washed clothes (came handy) and they also printed out my boarding pass for me too! 5* many thanks

The room was not that good

WiFi was a real problem. Fine for emails but you can’t do calls easily.

Our stay was very enjoyable and all the hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is situated a 1/2 hours walk to the markets, museums, and a lot of other attractions. Breakfast was simple , a choice for most people's tastes.
