Alexandria kept my room spotless. The staff overall were very friendly. The staff at the 24hr bar and the evening lobby bar were terrific. The grounds crew did a good job of keeping the beach free of seaweed. The food was good and tasty, and the wait staff was terrific. The nightly entertainment was also very good.

Hello Since we got there was a nightmare We check out before because they couldn’t solve the problems in the room and we request to be change to another room but they did not do anything about it. We also tried to move to senator and pay the difference but they told us that was nothing available . We are very disappointed about this location. We do not recommend it at all.

Room cleanliness was unsatisfactory (strands of hair everywhere in the bathroom on the floors and walls). Curtains had many many holes that let in the light from outside.

Rooms are comfortable and functional, though somewhat dated. Housekeeping was generally good, with occasional inconsistencies. Maintenance issues were minor and did not significantly impact the stay, but some areas would benefit from modernization.

The room didn't have a soap dispenser to shower. Leak in the bathroom ceiling. No enough tables to seat for luch, I had to eat standing up at the bar. For check in, I got to the hotel one hour earlier and they did not allow me to wait in the parking lot or reception. The bathtub paint was coming off. I will never go back to this hotel.

Fair for cost..not many options for food. Ended up eating dinner off resort twice for a change. Rooms were decent, staff was nice. Overall its fine..would i go again? Probably not

Spotless room, great service, great food!

Rooms need updating, especially bathrooms. Staff was warm and friendly. Food needs to be covered due to flies, especially in the outside restaurant. Lights went out and took a long time to return, as a resort there should be systems in place to avoid power outages.

The room was clean n outdated plugs. But otherwise great, the food was great and service was great.

The room was overpriced for one night only since we were stranded by our flight cancellation. At first the ocean view room looked comfortable so we left for a while and came back to water leaking from ceiling light fixture all over bathroom vanity and floor. We informed the front desk and they said they would take care of it so we went for supper. We came back several hours later and nothing was done. The towels I used to wipe vanity and floor were still there and the pails I used to catch water were unmoved. In short nothing was done but the leaking stopped on its own. We asked for some kind of discount and we were going home so could not wait. Will we get something? Anthony and Leah Martin
