I loved it here. The staff was great, every room had a balcony, the buffet had enough variety. Plenty of bars during the day and entertainment at night.

Great staff. Beautyful beach.

Room ceiling was leaking and wet all my clothes and caused me to fall several times. Attention was terrible. I asked for towels and blankets (which I shouldn’t even have needed to ask for, it should have already been provided) and didn’t receive them till hours later. Didn’t restock fridge , which they did before every morning. And you could see the attention difference. I, who am American, received good attention at bars and restaurants. While my husband’s family, who are from the Dominican Rep. would get treated poorly and ignored. So there is preference now? Do we not all pay the same price? Do better.

Pros:on a beautiful beach, friendly waiters, maid service and entertainment staff. They tried with fun interactive activities at the pool and at the beach. Grounds are nice and well maintained. Cons:the food was horrible, contaminated water, our family got severe stomach problems. The plastic cups used are not cleaned properly. The front desk staff was rude, mean and nasty. We asked for a late check for my 78 year mom since she was very sick and they said the would get security to escort her out. Chairs on the beach were broken, not enough towels, no conditioner in rooms, the rooms were outdated. The electricity went out 4 times we were in pitch darkness. The pool area is outdated and small.

Do not go. I had to leave the Dominican Republic with me girlfriend due to the travel company that Expedia provided me with, Coco Tours. We had gotten picked up from the airport by this man who appeared to be on drugs. A couple minutes into the ride he drove on the wrong side of the road, swerved into other lanes, and was on his phone distracted by phone calls, text messages and youtube. He attempted to make stops at places that he apparently needed to. One was to give money to his "brother" who needed food, and he even tried taking us to his "office". At this point he kept stopping at random alley ways that were very sketchy, and we were in fear for our lives at this point. My girlfriend and I yelled at him to take us back to the airport. The area was not safe so we decided to fly back to the U.S. He refused to a couple of times but then eventually listened. I tried getting a refund through Expedia, from Playabachata, and Coco Tours, but I was denied any sort of compensation. I am an Army veteran, and my girlfriend is a college student, and dealing with this situation caused us great stress. Do not go through Expedia, do not book through Playabachata, or Coco Tours, as they obviously do not care about our safety, our situation that we were put in, and to provide any sort of refund given our circumstance. The lack of empathy is ridiculous and shows character about all of these organizations.

Was dirty and out dated I’d never recommend and was disappointed

The hotel was good for the price I paid. The outlets in the room need to be updated. The tub in room 1527 needs to be reglazed. For some weird reason they used paint and that paint was chipping and every-time the showered was used the paint came off and the drain clogged. The buffet for dinner needs more food stations. Long lines for food. But all the staff was helpful & friendly

I had a great time good food and drinks but some drinks were too sweet at the bar I really enjoyed the natural fruit drink in the morning breakfast was my favorite very refreshing and delicious great staff amenities the bed is big clean and comfortable the only issue no white clean towels for 2 days in a row after the house keeper cleaned it. The resorts room need to be updated with updated furniture and also the lobby bathroom.

Las habitaciones de normal para bajo .pero no afecta la estadia . Comida muy limitada perooo muy limitada. Personal no te miran y te preguntan si queres un trago o que necesita. Si no es con propina . Se entiende que hay que darles su pria pero es muy ale alevoso la manera

No WiFi in room, also the room did not have a blanket.

The food is terrible literally. I found something in the food that looked like plastic. Went to reception to make the complaint and they said , it’s something that can happen , it don’t matter . Unbelievable. Service too slow and poor . Rooms look old.

I think the only thing this place has going for itself, is the staff. If you're trying to work and need internet. There is none. Well they say in the lobby, but when u have many people trying to use the bandwidth, not going to happen. The food is subpar. To many people trying to go thru the same line. Takes 30 minutes at times and depends at what time, 30 minutes to get a plate of pasta. The water in my room was dirty for three days. Went to complain and the front desk says there was nothing they could do. Then on check out, they would not let the Uber driver in the gate to pick me up. Instead, i had to walk all the way to the gate with my luggage. I asked if they could take me and my luggage and up to the gate, they stated no, they do not do that. Will never ever stay here again.

It is good for this price. Beech is good. Service is average.

Hotel staff was sooooo friendly. Everyone was so nice on the resort. Good food great drinks great experience!!
