I stayed 3 nights at this hotel with the hope of getting the best service. But in reality I stayed at a 4-star hotel but the room facilities were still below 3 stars. There are several things that are very much outside the standards of a 4-star hotel, namely: - Compliment toilet only has a toothbrush, without: bar soap, cotton buds, comb, sanitary bag, vanity kit, shower cap, etc. - The previous guest's drink in the refrigerator was not removed/removed from the time I checked in until I checked out. - The drinking water jug in the room was not refilled/replaced & the glass was washed, even though there was no compliment bottled mineral water in the room. - The breakfast assortment was very minimal and lacked variety.
