This is my second time at this hotel. The food is delicious, with Eastern Indonesian flavors, including the Manadonese porridge. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and make you feel at home.

The hotel staff was very friendly. If I ever go back to Jayapura, I'd love to stay at the Mercure again.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel with the hope of getting the best service. But in reality I stayed at a 4-star hotel but the room facilities were still below 3 stars. There are several things that are very much outside the standards of a 4-star hotel, namely: - Compliment toilet only has a toothbrush, without: bar soap, cotton buds, comb, sanitary bag, vanity kit, shower cap, etc. - The previous guest's drink in the refrigerator was not removed/removed from the time I checked in until I checked out. - The drinking water jug in the room was not refilled/replaced & the glass was washed, even though there was no compliment bottled mineral water in the room. - The breakfast assortment was very minimal and lacked variety.

Everything is very good... Only the Wi-Fi stability and the Wi-Fi smoothness are super duper bad... Doesn't IT ever check the Wi-Fi smoothness for guests? Please pay attention... The rooms, facilities and food are really great.

It was very pleasant to stay at the Mercure Hotel Jayapura, which is located around the city, so it is easy to access. The service and comfort were great.
