I stayed 3 nights at this hotel with the hope of getting the best service. But in reality I stayed at a 4-star hotel but the room facilities were still below 3 stars. There are several things that are very much outside the standards of a 4-star hotel, namely: - Compliment toilet only has a toothbrush, without: bar soap, cotton buds, comb, sanitary bag, vanity kit, shower cap, etc. - The previous guest's drink in the refrigerator was not removed/removed from the time I checked in until I checked out. - The drinking water jug in the room was not refilled/replaced & the glass was washed, even though there was no compliment bottled mineral water in the room. - The breakfast assortment was very minimal and lacked variety.

Second experience staying at Mercure hotel... Very impressive... Close to everywhere.

Everything is very good... Only the Wi-Fi stability and the Wi-Fi smoothness are super duper bad... Doesn't IT ever check the Wi-Fi smoothness for guests? Please pay attention... The rooms, facilities and food are really great.

It was very pleasant to stay at the Mercure Hotel Jayapura, which is located around the city, so it is easy to access. The service and comfort were great.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. At checkout, just return the card and go straight to the airport. Less than 1 minute in the hotel lobby. The spacious and comfortable room, complete bathroom with hairdryer adds to the impression according to my needs as a woman. The availability of a dispenser near the room is very helpful for customers. ❤️

The room has no windows. There is a refrigerator but it is not cold and a hairdryer. What I like here is free drinking water as much as you like because there are 3 dispensers lined up along the corridor. The hotel manager is very friendly
