Breakfast was great we got the buffet we payed a dissent amount and Breakfast was delicious!!! The parking was great and safe

Everything is absolutely great 👍💯👌 The breakfast buffet is not appealing. I didn't have a good experience with the kitchen food. I will put it to you this way so, I won't sound unprofessional. The majority of the employees won't even eat food from the breakfast buffet nor the menu.

Nos encantó el Hotel. Las instalaciones son super lindas, el personal amable, las habitaciones muy cómodas y la alberca calientita en invierno. Incluye un desayuno rico, y tienes opción a cambiarlo por bufete a un muy buen precio, tiene variedad de comida para un buen almuerzo. Caminamos 15-20 min sin tema hasta el centro para turistear y tomar el barquito a fundidora. Mucho más barato y lindo que los Airbnb de la zona.

The pool is the best part. I traveled with my family. The front desk needs to be more friendly with customers. I didn't like the way they talk to us.

They did not provided me with breakfast and the room had a leak, did not fix it!

Un lugar muy bonito, totalmente recomendado

Good hotel, quite a walk from the centre and the area around it is not very nice specially at night. Room was clean but noise fron the next room leaks through the connecting doors. The staff was not as nice as they could be but not rude either. I would consider somewhere closer to Macroplaza if you plan on walking most of your trip; if you have a car for your trip then this hotel is good since it has onsite parking.

Plaza de Oro doesn’t allow you to have visitors in your room, the front desk girl was so rude; I had planned for a 10 day stay but left after the second day to a different hotel

The personnel was not courteous at all. They charged me for an additional adult even though I had added the correct number of adults on our reservation. If we didn’t pay, we would forfeit what we had already paid for our reservation. We had to keep asking for towels for three people (just like they charged us) and then they came to clean room and took towels we had just requested. Before we could check out, they had to check room to confirm we hadn’t taken anything. The “free” breakfast included in the room charge is only a plate of fruit and a cookie. Needless to say, we will never stay at this hotel again.
