Receptionists open the doors for us at every entrance and exit. They assist with luggage loading and unloading from taxis, are friendly, and inquire about our well-being when we haven't come down for breakfast...

First, upon getting out of the car, I was dissatisfied with the security guard for not assisting with my family's luggage and being very impatient. However, the receptionist was very enthusiastic. Next, upon entering the room, all the windows were very dirty and foggy, making it impossible to see outside. My room door was loose, making a rattling sound when closing or locking it, which was very annoying, although the technicians were very helpful (though they couldn't fix it immediately). Finally, the breakfast buffet was extremely poor; I didn't think a 4-star hotel could disappoint me like that. The food was meager. I will never return.

I had a 3-night, 2-day stay here in a double room. The room was clean, and the elevator was quick to use. The staff were generally friendly and cheerful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes. I will definitely come back sometime.

The hotel was fantastic, from the facilities to the service attitude of ALL the staff, from the receptionists to the security guards and cleaners. Although the official check-in time was 3 PM, I was assisted with an early check-in. I stayed in a Premier 2BR room with a super spacious living room perfect for my baby to play in. I will definitely visit again.

This was my first time booking this hotel. Initially, I read many negative comments on Google Maps, which made me hesitant and want to choose a different hotel. However, upon arrival, the staff member named Phat and the receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and varied. In short, my 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel were fantastic!

My initial impression was that the room was very spacious and clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the floor felt soft and comfortable. The price was reasonable, not too expensive. The breakfast was delicious, though the portion was a bit small, but the taste was good. However, the hotel is far from the beach, probably a 7-minute walk.

The food is extremely delicious, from boiled sweet potatoes, boiled corn to savory dishes and cakes. I hope the kitchen staff can maintain the quality and performance. The 71m2 room in block B is average, the elevator is not smooth, loud. The decoration is a bit plain, lacking signs or direction signals from block A - B.

Average breakfast buffet, cramped space, food preparation is not very careful, staff standing to cook fried eggs, pho do not wear hats, aprons, gloves. 4-star standard is unstable. Area B is empty, the air conditioner broke down twice while sleeping, the air conditioner in the surrounding rooms also broke down continuously. The swimming pool area is dark at 6pm, the light broke down and was only turned on at 6:30 so I don't know if it's broken or not. The staff is friendly and lovable. In short, the hotel is old, there are no activities, the food is not delicious.
