The hotel has a strategic location, 15 minutes walking range could get you to a lot of dining options. room size were ridiculously spacious for the price range, while the bathroom was also quite large, although the positioning of the closet and the wash basin could be better placed

General cleaning is needed. The corridors smell musty and dirty. The headboards are stained. The vinyl in the rooms and corridors is dirty and musty. The management at Azana is not very good. But the staff are friendly and helpful.

Small room for one person, quite comfortable, and reasonably priced. The bathroom smelled a bit when we arrived. It's best to keep the bathroom door closed if it's unoccupied or unused. Towels and toothbrushes are provided. It's sufficient for a short one-night stay. The staff is also friendly. The location is good, as it's close to a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants.

A pleasant staycation experience. The hotel is comfortable, with a direct view of the main road. The room is clean and well-maintained. The staff is also friendly. If I ever go back to Malang, I'll definitely stay here again. For others, this could be a recommendation for a comfortable staycation.

The room is okay. The queen size bed is probably 160 x 200 cm, and the main problem is that the carpet on the floor panels is peeling off, making it damp and looking dirty.

The bedroom size is small, about 2.25x3m, but the bathroom size is normal, not small. Pillowcases & bedsheets smell sour, like laundry that doesn't dry for a long time. The towels are thin & worn out. AC is cold ok, hot water ok. I think it's camping, after all it's only one night

The room was comfortable. The hotel has an elevator, so it was easy to get to the room which was on the third floor. The hotel is right in front of a mosque and close to convenience stores and cafe.
