Small room for one person, quite comfortable, and reasonably priced. The bathroom smelled a bit when we arrived. It's best to keep the bathroom door closed if it's unoccupied or unused. Towels and toothbrushes are provided. It's sufficient for a short one-night stay. The staff is also friendly. The location is good, as it's close to a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants.

A pleasant staycation experience. The hotel is comfortable, with a direct view of the main road. The room is clean and well-maintained. The staff is also friendly. If I ever go back to Malang, I'll definitely stay here again. For others, this could be a recommendation for a comfortable staycation.

A hotel with a great view in the city center is very comfortable. It's close to many vendors, and it's not far to Alfa Mall, just across the street. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The room is okay. The queen size bed is probably 160 x 200 cm, and the main problem is that the carpet on the floor panels is peeling off, making it damp and looking dirty.

The bedroom size is small, about 2.25x3m, but the bathroom size is normal, not small. Pillowcases & bedsheets smell sour, like laundry that doesn't dry for a long time. The towels are thin & worn out. AC is cold ok, hot water ok. I think it's camping, after all it's only one night

The room was comfortable. The hotel has an elevator, so it was easy to get to the room which was on the third floor. The hotel is right in front of a mosque and close to convenience stores and cafe.

The first room had no windows. The second room was even worse (stuffy, small). We weren't given a chance to see it first. There were no slippers or coffee. Very disappointing.

The room is okay even though the deluxe one doesn't have a window, you have to wait a few minutes for the hot water to come out, the location is very strategic, close to various coffee shops and other culinary places, the only downside is the parking lot which only fits 5-6 cars so you have to park in the shophouse next door if you bring a car
