The first room had no windows. The second room was even worse (stuffy, small). We weren't given a chance to see it first. There were no slippers or coffee. Very disappointing.

The room is okay even though the deluxe one doesn't have a window, you have to wait a few minutes for the hot water to come out, the location is very strategic, close to various coffee shops and other culinary places, the only downside is the parking lot which only fits 5-6 cars so you have to park in the shophouse next door if you bring a car

At first I got a room that seemed rarely used, so it was dirty and a bit smelly. Luckily the hotel staff was friendly and willing to move me to a cleaner room. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more often because when I stayed, the drain was a bit clogged by hair that hadn't been cleaned.
