For almost 500,000 Rupiah, you get a cramped and basic room. The bed is also very narrow.

The bathroom was dirty and smelly, and I don't think it's worthy of a 4-star rating. Breakfast was sparse, and by 7 a.m., much of the food was already gone. This is a far cry from my experience staying at the hotel next door, known as Mahkota.

I thought this hotel is 3 stars plus, not 4 stars. Lack of soundproof from outside, no hair dryer, hand towel & refrigerator in the room, kettle & desk lamp not working. Fortunately, the reception officer (Fania) was very nice & helpful for the hair dryer, also the house keeping (Ivan) helping with the desk lamp. This hotel for value for money, it's worth it. Limited car parking space should be reconsidered for improving customer satisfaction.

Overall, we are satisfied with the Goldvitel Hotel. The service is friendly, the location is strategically close to the TP and bus stop. The food is delicious and has a wide variety of menus. There is a swimming pool too. The facilities are quite complete, there is a bar, skype lounge, and a beautiful view of Surabaya city, especially at night. Thank you Goldvitel 🤩.

Standard food. Great location in the city center. For room comfort, it needs to be improved. The bedsheets are a different color from the bedcover, a bit dull. The bathroom smells a bit. Hopefully it will get better in the future🤗.
