So far so good, but unfortunately there are no hangers in the bathroom so it's a bit of a hassle when you want to take a shower hehe & the bathroom layout is not very ergonomic. The food is delicious and you can have free early check in before 2 pm. There are lots of food on the right and left too

This is a hotel I’ve wanted to stay at for a long time, and the room truly met my expectations. I was assisted by the receptionist, Ms. Shifa, who was very friendly and provided excellent service🫶. The security staff were also very welcoming. The atmosphere, comfort, and room interior were all outstanding. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Dadar Jagung, it was my absolute favorite. Please keep up the great work. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back again. Thank you 💗

Good hotel, but the parking area is not big enough to accommodate many cars

Satisfied. Everything was good, and the staff was very helpful. However, a few days ago, on the 8th floor, there was a smell of cigarettes in the corridor.

I stayed one night at the Mercure Superior with a 19m² room. The room was comfortable. The only real disappointment was that the AC wasn't cooling (it was set to 19°C—the maximum cooling setting). So I woke up in the middle of the night because I was too hot. I reported it to the receptionist, and the technician took care of it. But the next day it still wasn't cooling. Hopefully, the AC will be fixed soon. So I can rest more comfortably in my room. Thank you.

I'm always very satisfied with my stay at the Mercure Hotel Manyar when I visit Surabaya. The rooms are comfortable and the service is excellent.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk is friendly, responsive, and helpful. It's like a second home when you're in Surabaya.

Nice hotel room, friendly staff service.... I asked for a connecting room >>> prepared according to my needs. Suggestions for gym facilities can be improved because they are limited and some of the equipment is not functioning properly

Comfort for a short trip and with drop-off car

The Mercure Manyar Hotel is spacious and comfortable, with rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We hope to stay here again sometime soon.
