Monday 14 July 2025 at 07:00 during breakfast, I found that my room was being registered as different person - under “a man’s name”.
18:28 one of Guest Experience staff represent the Hotel Management offered us to move to Junior Sweet room.
It took almost 12 hours to decide offering the guest to other room as service recovery, even though I’ve addressed my concern to front-desk Manager, that their staff might mistakenly gave access to other hotel guest to my room (I felt insecure).
We didn’t take the offer, because it’s too late as I have took my daughter with me along the day and we came back after dinner as I was not comfortable leaving her alone in our room, we need to get a rest as it was out last night stay (it needs effort to move to other room).

Great ambience at the first time arrival at the hotel. It has large parking space outside and at the basement. The basement connected to the hotel lobby where it also become the pick up point for the online food delivery. The interior is modern, clean and tidy, and fragrance. And its also what we can find at the accomodation room. The coffee bar is amazing, they have nice capucino and sweets. The only comment is on the location as it located on the fairly high traffic junction and require around 15 minutes to the downtown. But in general the hotel itself is amazing. Will I go back to this hotel for the next visit, absolutely yes!

Thanks Mercure. Child-friendly hotel, kids won't get bored because there are cooking classes, painting, pin ball, the swimming pool is the best. Yesterday we were upgraded from junior to executive. Spacious room. Thanks Mercure.
