I recommend this hotel for those looking for a location close to the beach. The view from the rooftop is stunning. The amenities are standard, and I found the room cleanliness lacking, as there was a lot of hair left behind by previous guests. The food is standard and the staff's friendliness needs improvement.

It was uncomfortable, the sheets and sofa were dirty. The bathroom was broken. Bathroom amenities were lacking, and the food was very basic.

You can't store food in your room. After only a short time, a multitude of insects, including cockroaches, ranging from small to large, swarm the food.

Next, I'll stay a few nights at Ocean again. Love.

The location, room, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi were all excellent. The breakfast lacked variety and tasted a bit underwhelming, in my opinion. Improve the breakfast menu. Absolutely the best!

A hotel with a very strategic location on the beach. From the 7th floor, you can sit back and enjoy the sunset.

The room is very comfortable, even without windows, it is not stuffy and not damp.

The room is not soundproof and I think it is quite noisy, so I often wake up while sleeping.

So want to stay here again, close to the beach and not far from town.

Very disappointing - Unprofessional service and poor problem handling. I was extremely disappointed with my booking experience and service at the Ocean Beach Hotel for a Deluxe City View room (stay period July 8–10, 2026). The main issue that was very disturbing was the transaction procedure and the response from hotel management. The hotel immediately deducted the full amount from my credit card balance well before check-in, even though the usual procedure in the hotel industry is only a temporary hold (pre-authorization). When I attempted to confirm this, the hotel service was completely uncooperative and instead shifted the responsibility to the booking agent without providing a solution or adequate assistance. The lack of concern and poor communication from staff/management made this experience extremely unpleasant. Highly not recommended for guests who expect payment transparency and responsive service.
