The place is nice and clean and easy to access

All hotel staff are very friendly, please note that there is a charge for mineral water available in the room, there is a dispenser in the hotel room corridor, close to Indomaret Alfamart, and local culinary.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at this hotel when I returned to my hometown. The staff service is still friendly and the cleanliness of the rooms is still well maintained.... Please maintain and continue to improve the service.

VERY NOT RECCOMENDED Our extended family booked 6 rooms, and we got a lot of dirty sheets in ALL the rooms, there were blood stains and urine marks, even after changing the sheets we got sheets that were not suitable for use, some of the sheets were very dirty. Until 23.00 we still couldn't rest because of the bed sheet problem. The hotel staff, especially the manager on duty, were incompetent in handling it until we had to wait from 21.00 to 23.00 to rest in the room. The floor of the room when we first checked in looked like it hadn't been mopped, there were still many stains on the floor, the hotel staff also came in and mopped it carelessly.

Friendly staff, great swimming pool, very complete and delicious breakfast menu. Recommended, don't hesitate to stay at Azana.

Strategic, close to the hospital, close to food stalls, it's good

The location is quite strategic, close to the city, so it's okay.

The staff is friendly, especially the security is great, always quick to serve guests and always arrange car parking, the rooms are clean and spacious... the downside is maybe the drinking water has to be taken from the dispenser in the corridor of the room, if in the room there is bottled water, but it is paid

staff service including technicians are all friendly, I like it just input: 1. both inside glasses are dusty 2. the kettle has a lot of black crust after pouring water, maybe from the heating element crusting 3. The TV doesn't work after calling a technician it turns out the remote has run out of batteries 4. regarding the mineral water bottle in the room, which has been conveyed since the beginning when I wanted to check that it was paid, it's not a matter of price but it sounds uncomfortable to hear that it's paid for, it's said to be a 4 star, why not just include it in the room price with an increased price, then convey it's free like that and it will definitely be nicer to hear it, so guests entering the room feel like they are really welcomed by the room with a drink on the table (not put in the refrigerator) and don't have to leave the room first to fill the water dispenser. 5. sandals if possible, separate them so that when you want to wear them, you just put your feet in without having to take them first to separate the left and right. 6. It's good for female staff to tie their hair neatly, not loosely, so it doesn't look like they've just taken a shower. always be successful
