staff service including technicians are all friendly, I like it
just input:
1. both inside glasses are dusty
2. the kettle has a lot of black crust after pouring water, maybe from the heating element crusting
3. The TV doesn't work after calling a technician it turns out the remote has run out of batteries
4. regarding the mineral water bottle in the room, which has been conveyed since the beginning when I wanted to check that it was paid, it's not a matter of price but it sounds uncomfortable to hear that it's paid for, it's said to be a 4 star, why not just include it in the room price with an increased price, then convey it's free like that and it will definitely be nicer to hear it, so guests entering the room feel like they are really welcomed by the room with a drink on the table (not put in the refrigerator) and don't have to leave the room first to fill the water dispenser.
5. sandals if possible, separate them so that when you want to wear them, you just put your feet in without having to take them first to separate the left and right.
6. It's good for female staff to tie their hair neatly, not loosely, so it doesn't look like they've just taken a shower.
