I had pleasant experience for my 2 days staycation at Ashley. The staff super friendly and offered the best hospitality. The hotel smells so nice and we were allowed to early check-in as our room was ready. Overall satisfied customer.

This is my second time staying at an Ashley Hotel—my first was at Ashley Tugu Tani, and this time at Ashley Tanah Abang. The location in Tanah Abang is great, with several malls nearby and lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. However, I had an issue with the late check-out. I had already requested a late check-out for 1 PM through the app. When I checked in, I informed the front desk again about my request, and even the next morning before breakfast, I reminded them once more. The front desk confirmed and approved my late check-out each time. But to my surprise, at exactly 12 PM, I received a call from the hotel asking me to check out immediately and was only given time until 12:30 PM because the hotel was busy. I explained that I had already informed them three times and had received approval. This was quite disappointing, as I expected better coordination from the hotel staff. But overall i enjoyed my stay here.

My family and I just stayed here for the first time. One of the things we like is the indoor pool, comfortable room (although not soundproof), clean and comfortable bathroom, and the public area of the hotel is also comfortable. I want to stay here again sometime. Hopefully I can get a family room.

Rating on traveloka 9.1. But the experience I felt was not as good as the rating. The hotel area and rooms are very modern and fragrant but the service is not as friendly as other hotels in its class. It seems ordinary and rather indifferent. Breakfast is not varied, just like that. With so many rooms, the restaurant for breakfast is quite narrow. Inside there is an owner's table located in the middle of the restaurant without a partition, and cannot be used. It's funny, why is the owner's dining table placed in the middle, why not make a separate room in the restaurant. There are no extra beds available in this hotel either. Very unsuitable for staycations, maybe it's suitable for business.

the ambience was good enough. but the room space and the sound proof made the overall experience went unwell. since i heard the others' room voice and the furniture in the bedroom i think it's not worth for almost 1mio price. asked for help to deliver my online delivery thru my room but they were not there so i have to go down. the location was the only thing that safe the rate

The experience of staying here is quite good in terms of room and cleanliness. But unfortunately there are some things that can be improved, namely, the variety of food at breakfast, the service staff at breakfast (because at that time the restaurant was full and I sat at a table that said reserve, I was suddenly informed by the staff that I could not sit there. Unfortunately the staff did not find me a place that I could sit so it seemed like they were just "chasing me away" not "moving me", so I did not continue my breakfast because there were no empty tables). Thank you
