This is my second time staying at an Ashley Hotel—my first was at Ashley Tugu Tani, and this time at Ashley Tanah Abang. The location in Tanah Abang is great, with several malls nearby and lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. However, I had an issue with the late check-out. I had already requested a late check-out for 1 PM through the app. When I checked in, I informed the front desk again about my request, and even the next morning before breakfast, I reminded them once more. The front desk confirmed and approved my late check-out each time. But to my surprise, at exactly 12 PM, I received a call from the hotel asking me to check out immediately and was only given time until 12:30 PM because the hotel was busy. I explained that I had already informed them three times and had received approval. This was quite disappointing, as I expected better coordination from the hotel staff. But overall i enjoyed my stay here.
