Stay here 1 night. Good and clean.

Room is cosy and clean. Breakfast is too crowded, need time for staff to replenish the food.

check in time is too rigid. breakfast is same old menu and long queue every morning. room is run down too...

A convenient hotel linked to the mall. Need some upkeeping on the facade especially the hotel windows. Towels are also getting thinner. It is otherwise still a good and comfortable hotel to stay in.

Overall good and location convenient, just a doorstep distance to reach the shopping mall.

Staff were friendly, composed, and accommodating. Provided what was promised.

Parking is challenging on weekends. No allocated parking lot for hotel guests.

staffs are unfriendly and not helpful at all. receptionist hardly picked up the calls. the bed sheet was dirty. but location is awesome, space is comfortable enough

Such a lovely place! The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking, you can wake up to radiant sunrises and admire the serene horizon stretching endlessly.

The bedroom lots of mosquitoes and bedsheets was unclean. Previously stay was very good. But this time very unhappy with lots of mosquitoes disturbing night. Hopefully you will look into it. Thank you

Have been staying for a few times. Convenient location.

Buffet breakfast starts at 0630hr but there's no one to clear the used plates until until 0700hr.

The food is bad and choice is limited. Why must the sausages cut until so small? Room door unable to open and have to go up and down to inform maintenance.

The check-in staff was very helpful & courteous. Good breakfast spread & not too crowded. Nice city view from our room.

Staff of the hotel are accommodating and nice. You'll feel welcomed there, the surrounding is amazing. The entrance of a mall is near the lobby area. High emphasis that the overall experience is family friendly. Will come again!

The hotel is strategically located, where to check up at Regency Medical Care.

Room quite big, nice Riverview, Shopee center, just downstairs the hotel very convenient

Check in time is 15.00, but until 15.30 the room was still not ready. Hopefully the service will be better in the future

The air con in the room was quite cooling. There were no bottled drinks in the room, but there is a water dispenser at the same floor. I would prefer bottled drinks for me to bring it out during shopping. There is a glass bottled mineral water in the room that is sealed. I am not sure if the water is clean so we never drank that but prefer to take from the water dispenser. unfortunately, the water dispenser don't offer hot water, so need to boil in the room. next to hotel is direct access to the high class shopping mall. Wanted to try the Uncle Roger fried rice but they only accept cashless payment. I only brought cash and no credit card, so I had to give it a miss. Overall the experience was good, like saying in a high class condo.
