Modern rooms with a boutique feel

Updated rooms, clean and reset each day of my stay. Staff were always available at front desk and prompt to meet any request. Very reasonable price, convenient location downtown, would stay again.

Clean room

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean. We liked that you could park on a locked parking lot. The bed was comfortable. The area around the hotel is relatively safe and there are a number of decent restaurants within walking distance. The only problem is the hotel backs onto the CP rail line so makes for a noisy sleep but I would recommend this hotel. The price is good and it has easy access to the highways.

Lots of Reno’s. Place is looking great. Shower was way too small for a bigger guy. Great breakfast.

Rooms are updated and very clean. Hotel is situated by the lake but located in not so appealing area of Thunder Bay

Construction was going on during our stay, area was poorly protected and there was a lot of dust accumulated, in the lobby and even in the room. Parking has limited places, and unclear for the other spots on the other side of the street. Breakfast was only ok. Neighbourhood is sketchy.

Hotel, is downtown and I'm the middle of reservations. Not a ton of parking on site, but more across the street. Room is quite clean but they are in the middle of renovations so everything. Else is quite dusty.

Parking was generally easy however if you have mobility issues and require accessible parking there are only a few spots in the back. Breakfast was lacking in certain items - eggs and coffee were in need of being replenished at the time we were in the dining room. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom had adequate toiletries.

Terrible dump in a seedy area of town. Druggies in the parking lot near the dumpster when I pulled in. Totally avoid it at all possible.

Lots of construction going on, hallways need cleaning. Rooms were clean, if a little tired.

Mid-century modern decor with barn-door to the bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Best views are from the halls.

Breakfast needs more attention to the details like the temperature of the food, etc. The location of the bed and the not-very-private bathroom barn-style door leaves a lot to be desired.

Room was cramped and breakfast cold. Definitely not worth the cost. Very expensive stay.

I couldn’t get to the hotel as the highway was closed. They chose to keep my money. Yes, I know it was past the full refund date, but, I have no control over the weather and road conditions. Will never, ever stay there.

Breakfast menu was okay. Generic continental, but the hot options were not great.
