The room was really nice and quite spacious . Great location. Loved the pool and hot tub area . The bistro was nice too . Only critique is the tv was difficult to operate for some reason.

Everything is good other than the parking situation. If you have a vehicle taller than 6'5 you have to park up the hill behind the hotel. Which is not gated or watched by security. Our trucks window was smashed and items were stolen. So this turned out to be a very expensive stay for us.

Great hotel and location. Full hot tub and Jim were all really nice. Only complaint is there do not disturb door hangers as they’re so flimsy every time you close the door they fall off

For a major chain hotel not to offer breakfast was a problem. They said “sorry, chef didn’t show up so no breakfast today”.

The courtyard is our go to when we travel to Nanaimo. It’s clean, welcoming and in a great location.
