Great location, kitchen has all the appliances you need for a short stay and there is a supermarket very close by. Using their app as a key worked smoothly and self-check-in was straightforward

Great location and nice, spacious apartment.

Apartment was nice, clean and tidy. Useful that you can connect your phone to the TV. Key on the phone took some getting used to. It's not clear on how you get in the building if you arrive when the 1st floor is closed off.

Cozy and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen if you'd like to make your own meals. Groceries and tourist attractions are very close. Easy, automated check-in. Great room for a decent price.

The apartment was nice and spacious. It was well equipped.

Good location in Tromso. Could not check in because the VANDER app would not recognize our phone number, which is the only way to gain access to the app. Fortunately someone was on-site in the middle of the day to get us our room keys. Main entry turnstile stopped intermittently making entry to the hotel more tedious.

The hotel was lovely! I would definitely consider coming back here again.

Accommodation was gods would good to have had a view outside and not looking into the center or the hotel.

didn't like the app. very difficult to access the room after arriving late in the evening and waiting over 2 hours for a taxi at the airport during a blizzard. would much prefer a hotel with people in the reception not just an app.

I was not satisfied. They charged premium price but the service was very bad. Shortage of towels, shampoo, etc. There is no room service for 4 days. I am extremely disappointed and do not want people to consider this property. I took it as it Expedia recommendation but I am now repenting.

Checkin was really easy from the Vander app. We never even needed to get a keycard while we were there. The laundry was easy to use and it was within a 5-8 minute walk to everything we needed.

Lovely clean and well equipped apartments. Close to everything you need.

Excellent stay

Very nice area everything is walking distance. 3 adults in the room but it was spacious and the kitchen came handy. Most comfortable sofa bed I ever tried. My flight didn't leave until 3pm, it was nice to have a place to leave my bags.

REALLY liked this property. Communication via email was stellar about how to get e-key and how to access the property. Room/Suite was clean and well stocked. 10/10 recommend for travelers and tourists
