No power, no ac no wifi. Too hot to even sleep. I left the first day. I tried to ask for a partial refund but their computer wasn’t even working.

The staff went above and beyond for me. The night I got there, there was no electricity. They helped me out that night. The staff may not have spoken much English, but they tried hard to make sure I knew what was going on.
