At the price, the room size was alright. A lady and guy staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the room, to be specific the 2nd-floor room, had a very heavy cigarette smell. As I remembered, I did not book any smoking room. The soundproofing is awful as the room next door had kids crying the whole night, which made our sleep miserable. But you can't expect more for this price.

I found the rooms and hotel location to be good value for the price, but I felt the toilets were quite cramped. However, you get what you pay for, so it's okay.

The room is incredibly small. If you have 2 big trolleys, there is no space to open them, even though we booked a bigger room. No soundproofing at all (for rooms with windows), feels like you sleep with wide open windows at night! The sink was leaking, and we told the receptionist several times but no one came to check it out. So, every day we had to ask the cleaning lady to wipe out all the water from the cabins and floor. Clean and newly renovated bathroom, but the shower has no ventilation. The hotel is old and extremely cramped. There are bags with laundry everywhere in the hallways and no space to walk by.

It was a nice and comfortable place to stay.

Strategic boutique hotel, 5 minutes on foot from Bendemeer MRT and 10 minutes from Lavender MRT. Conveniently located near 7-Eleven, FairPrice, restaurants, and food courts. Mr. Jay at check-in was very friendly and informative. The room was comfortable enough to open a large suitcase. Holy Trinity Church is close by, offering a 9 AM English service for Sunday worship. Defects: The room was slightly damp, with water condensation/droplets on the wall behind the bed and some mold spots on the ceiling. Hot water is shared across multiple rooms, so it is advisable to shower very early or late. Overall, I recommend this hotel for families with young children seeking a comfortable, well-located, and budget-friendly room in Lavender.

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff is friendly, and the price is reasonable. It's very close to the MRT station, making it very easy to get around. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won't have to worry about finding food. The food prices are also very affordable.

Great location! Surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, and community food courts. Near Lavender MRT Station, just an 8-10 minute walk. Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the Front Office Staff, but unfortunately, I forgot to ask for their names. I booked the promo room and got it on level 2. The room is okay, with a queen-size bed, LCD TV, chiller, and other standard amenities like a water kettle, bottled water, tea/coffee, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Wi-Fi is free and fast. Highly recommended! Suitable for solo/dual travelers.

The room was clean and had basic amenities. I booked a windowless room on the first floor, so it felt a bit stuffy.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfy. The toilet is clean with a handheld bidet shower. The location was very near the bus station and not far from the MRT station, with nearby restaurants serving a good variety of meals. Inside our room, we got a stainless steel electric kettle, two glasses, two cups, tea and sugar, a small fridge, two bottles of drinking water daily, and bathroom amenities with slippers and a comb included.

Staff is very friendly, location is very strategic, ease of access to MRT and bus station, budget-friendly.

Near MRT, room so clean and comfort

A wonderful experience, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. From the lobby to the room, everything was in good condition. The towels were fresh and fragrant, the amenities were good, and the mattress and pillows were clean, especially the bidet. All the staff were very kind and easy to talk to, especially SHARAN! She provided excellent service and had an interesting character. Hopefully, they can continue to maintain the good quality and improve even further in the future!
